A mage tower?

Goodday,

As the leader of the mages I am asking if I could get permission to construct a mages tower in your town of Haven. This will act as administration area for mages and also as a diplomatic headquarters of the mages in Haven, needed due to our recently constructed treaty.

The building is not overly large (especially in comparison to your building there) and it will conform to the architecture found in Haven. If need be I can pay for the plot of land. ((All you need to do is say where, I can do the regioning etc...))

Why would we need a mage tower? all of the ascended can use magic.

We are starting to have non ascended living in haven plus the UAC army outside the walls. Maybe the tower would be very small and the ascended can help train the new mages to use their power for good.

As I said, the tower is for you to train mages and it is also for use as a sort of diplomatic place. I also said it would be small.
