Durman was once a young man. It be a long time ago now. He grew upon Laurelin and it's natural beauty, that which inspired him to become a woodworker, and tradesman. He has always wanted to set up his own shop, in Laurelin or Ravenhold, but has never seen a fit state to do so.

Durman's father, Abreham, also worked with the woods of the forest. but in his days he had the flow of trade running through his stockpile, Durman had never seen such Minas before.

But nowadays Durman is at the age of 68, a proud age, but also a retired state of mind. He doesn't see need in fighting monsters any more, and doesn't see profit in forging swords. For his lifetime he has done so, and for his lifetime he has stocked his earnings to a maximum. Now is his time to sell his profits, and lay down his axe, and become a peace with nature once more.
