Architect / Contractor wanted

*The young man walks around the cloud temple and Solace pinning up his flyers seeking a professional, as he walks away you walk up and take a glance at the flyer, it reads.*

"I am Casious Victrix, and I am looking for an Architect and or contractor to help redesign my home near the Cloud Temple. Currently I own the Smith in Solace, though business is slow and taxes are a bit of a burden, I have had a home out in the country here for some time. I have recently decided that I should renovate it into a Smith / Home to better suit my needs, I am looking for a Architect with a good mind (and one that can preferably to the construction him/herself to lower costs) to redo my home. It will most likely need to be redone from the ground up, I'd like a modest yet Fine Smithy with all the needed amenities needed, and I'm thinking a loft for my home.

Before anything is agreed upon however I would like to get an estimate for the work, I haven't much cash now but I can make some if needed (I am a smith after all) I can provide some materials but not all, and will include the cost of the needed items in the payment of course, there are somethings I have (but most likely some materials I do not) plus what ever we get out of renovating the old home.

*While checking up on his flyers to make sure wind nor vandals had caused ruin to them, he spots the note in Solace, reading it carefully, he flips a copy of his note over and begins to pen upon the back*

"Ser Casimir, I have read your note attached to my flyer, as you are the first to contact me I would like to discuss with you the cost of the renovation. As I noted I have a small purse at the moment, I am hoping to sell the Smith in solace back, once I find out whom to contact about that. Currently I have a mina note for just over a thousand. I expect your price is higher than this though, I can do upfront payment if you'd like, and sell my wares to get you the rest. If you can give me an estimate on your fees for the work it would be much appreciated, I can and will spend a good price for good work, though I'd like to make sure it doesn't cost me a fortune."

*He then ties the note, and heads to the local ravens, he sends the bird off with haste.*
