My Apology

It has come to my attention that some recent actions torwards a certain group of orcs that came into Normandor without intention of harm in full steel armor was a bit excessive. I could've started a large fight that might had endangered civilians as well as the guard and even a princess. I was ordered to stand down, but my arrogance had gotten the better of me and I struck them anyways. Even though I struck the orc many times, he never hit back. When confronted by a fellow elf, I told him some damned excuse. This does not pardon my actions. I apologize deeply to those involved and I have sworn myself to three things. The first is not using weapons in Normandor all together. The second is letting the guard do their job as I do mine. The third will be repaying Normandor through work and compensation. This will only begin my long list of jobs for the time, I hope I can be forgiven.

Dynasty,

Your apology is noted, but hardly required. Orcs should not be permitted in the city or the surrounding areas controlled by Malinor. We are currently in a state of hostility with the warnation. Orcs with or without arms or equipment will be barred from our borders until this hostility has passed, as determined by the High Council. It is an unfortunate measure, but a necessary one.

No Vangaurd should be restraining any elf from protecting themselves from these invaders. If you were injured because of one intervening then the apology comes from us instead. We will correct the situation and make sure that all Vanguard know what is expected of them.
