Low Smith

All things start at the bottom. This position is fer those beginnin the craft. Smiths who can't yet repair chainmail fall into this category, also no role-play smithing is needed for this rank.

Blacksmith

When ye reach this rank ye are no longer a learner but by no means an expert. Smiths at this rank can repair Iron and have decent smithing role-play.

High Smith

Veterans in the art, High smiths can repair diamond tools and have great role-play smithing. It is no easy thing to earn this rank

Arch Forgeman

The second in command of the guild and chosen successor in the event the Forge-Lord steps down or dies. This rank is given to one of the High Smiths by the Forge Lord.

Forge Master

The absolute leader of the smith guild. The Forge Lord is chosen by the King of the Dwarves.

Elite Smith

Elite Smith is a position very difficult to gain. It is given to those who keep the knowledge of ether Runesmithing or Golemancy. A Elite Smith has as much authority as a Arch-Forgeman but should be given the respect that the Forge Lord receives.

Honored Smiths

Honored Smith is a rank given to those who were once a great leader of the Guild or a past elite smith who has done grate tasks. Though most importantly this rank is only given to those who were once with us though is now residing within the Khaz'A'Dentrumm, Halls of the Dead.

Every weekend I will be taking role call to make sure all members are active. I will check at my leisure on each Saterday. I am in the Pacific Standard Time Zone so keep that in mind when answering the role. After missing three roles you are kicked out of the guild. Arch-Forgemen lose there position after missing two role. Every two roles you make IN A ROW deduct one strike against you.

For all answering role tell what you can repair at the time of the role so I know when you have reached a new rank.

Honored smiths are exempt from role.

-=How The Guild Runs In Urguan=-

Here is how the guild is going to work now. We are going to have one shop in the district that I run. Each member of the guild will get a forge there in the district to make things and do the jobs I assign them. They will bring me the equipment and I will sell it. From that I will pay people and buy things for the guild. I think that having one shop will make this an easier and more efficient system. I will assign jobs out to members of the guild as I and others receive them. The forges in the district will no longer be shops! I will region each person for their specific forge so that I can place items in each and so can each of you in security.

This system is experimental. If it seems to not work out I'll go back to individual shops though I believe this system will make it easier as there won't be competition among guild members and people coming to buy won't have to remember which shops have the best prices. I will distribute jobs evenly among everyone as their skill allows. I hope this system will improve how the guild runs. I would appreciate feedback. Thank ye.
