Upon the scroll is the Hightower Crest. The scroll reads- Your Imperial Majesty, According to the official map of the Holy Lands, Salvus holds ownership over Crestfall lands. The Salvus Government, with this ownership, may enact various reforms in these lands, however, a widespread concern has been raised. Will the Crestfall government currently in place peacefully react to these reforms and is this ownership of Crestfall still legitimate By consent of the Hightower Family I ask you to attend a meeting with King Hightower, Prince Hightower and myself, Lord Treasurer of Salvus Abdul Mubdee to discuss the matters of Crestfall ownership.
