Hansetian warhorses kicked up the loose, wet soil as the troupe made way to the human capital of Arethor. Aedric loosely pulled up on the reins of his horse, coming to a halt above a ridgeline, overlooking the coast in which Arethor lay. Aedric's father, Ydain, pulled up his horse next to Aedric's, studying with tactful eyes the human capital.

"Yew think the emperor will 'ear our story? Will 'e believe?"

"He has no choice, father. His empire weakens, and we come to make it strong again."

Aedric turns around, seeing the assortment of riders and wagons slowly lumbering behind him and Ydain.

Ydain grunts,

"Let us 'ope so."

Without another word, Ydain rears back his horse, and trots away back to the heart of the traveling family.

Aedric smiles, squinting into the sunset. He runs his hand along the heavy furs lining his shoulder, and turns away, galloping after his father.

Aedric, Ydain, and Aedric's son, Thorin, all trot through the gates of Arethor. All were slightly overwhelmed my the massiveness of the city, but none of their faces betrayed it. They rode wordlessly to the keep, only dismounting before the smaller gates to gain entry. The Dragonknights regarded the trio with cold stares through the visors of their Greathelms. They strode into the palace room, thin fur cloaks lazily following behind them. The lords and ladies of the court all glance up to see these three wildlings enter the throne room and stop before the Emperor, downcasting their eyes to the base of his feet. A single sentence erupted from Aedric's then wordless mouth,

"My Emperor. We have words for you."

Ydain stands to the side, allowing his son to do the talking. The whole family knows good and well Ydain would not do too well with courteousness.

Brynjolf sits drinking his ale watching the streets as the men riding by on their steeds towards the palace, he drops his ale and starts walking after thinking "This oi have to see, three northerner's true and true" He stops at the gates thinking that noone would let a unbrushed northener like him inside a palace and he can barely hear the men talking inside.

Thorin Ulfhaedyn stood on the left hand side of his father, Aedric, and nodded in agreement with the spoken line. Thorin knew this was his father's time to speak and so he stood quietly, his eyes quickly darting between every man and every woman in the room. Thorin judged each figure, drawing strengths and weaknesses from each individual. The young, analytical man, once finished, brought his attention to the Emperor.

Ydain turns away from the fancy men and women around the court and sees Brynjolf looking in from outside. Blatantly he waves his hand for Brynjolf to come in. In his mind, who's to stop him?

Brynjolf notices Ydain's wave and walks slowely into the palace, the guards looking at the man with despite but not moving to stop him, he walks up to the back of the room looking around seeing all the southerons but hides his contempt and makes a slight nod towards Ydain showing his respect.

Ydain seems not to acknowledge Brynjolf's nod as he turns back to face the fancy men. His son still waits for the emperor to acknowledge him. Still facing the southerons up front, he quickly whispers.

"Name, lad?"

Grunts slightly, awaiting a response from Brynjolf.

*Torrhen walks into town, adorned in his new tartan fur trimmed robes. His beard is long and thick now, his brown curled hair down to his shoulders now. He sees the peculiar Northmen walking towards the Arethor keep. Curious, he follows them, trying to find out their intent.

As they reach the throne room, Torrhen moves to his proper place there and watches the men, listening to their words. He thinks to himself "These are men of the true North...I can hear it in their voices, and see it in their eyes, perhaps they will be happier with their own kind out west..."

Brynjolf does not at first understand that Ydain is asking him but after not hearing anyone else reply he says quietly "I'm Brynjolf son of Olæif, and who are all of ye?" He looks up and realize that they are standing in front of the emperor and adds slowely "M'lord?"

*Elizabeth Silverblade walks about the palace commanding servants and such. Her blue dress flows, and her stature shows great importance and loyalty. She watches the people come in sternly, but says nothing. She remains quiet, but ominously watchful and pretty the whole time.

* The Lord High Sheriff Kais Ishikawa watches as the barbarian men walk into the Palace, he stands by Godfreys side throughout the meeting he for once doesn't have his mask on showing his face, he has a disgusted look about his face as Aedric says

"My Emperor. We have words for you."

* Kais quietly says to himself

"Disgusting barbarians can't even get the title right. If we are to have them around can we not at least make them wash?"

* Kais shakes off his feelings and returns to his pose at the Emperors side keeping his hand on the hilt of his Katana as he keeps watch over the men

(( A bit late to the party myself but pretend as if I were here all the time thank you ))
