We're very close to updating to the new Chat System. All we need now is an easy to access command for talking the Roleplay Chat (32 blocks).

Current commands:

/w - Whisper

/s - Shout

/? - Talk

/looc - Local Out of Character

/ooc - Global Out of Character

/ws - Wandering Soul

Vote for the command that you think best fits the most basic form of Roleplaying, then we'll have the update shortly.

Dose this mean every-time you need to talk in rp you have to /thecommand, or dose it mean that you join the channel like that.

I think its to join the channel.

Also, /tells right now look really ugly.

Once we get the system up for good, I'll make a post explaining it. It's very simple, really.

To focus on a channel, type a command without any arguments:

/rp

To type in that channel but not focus on it, type it with a message:

/rp "Your mustache looks fantastic!" He says to her.

As far as /tell or /msg goes, Essentials currently doesn't support MC names. I'll work on fixing that up next!
