Halfling dress

*A letter arraives in the Vale. It was taken there by a halfing going to it by boat when he was asked by a Human with a dark jacket and dark hair, with a small child with him, to deliever it to a tailor in the Vale. The halfing tells that the human wants a to offer a dress to a halfling friend and explains it in the letter*

'I hope that this letter reaches a Tailor. I desire a dress for a friend, it would be a gift of friendship. She is quite girly, so I would ask for the most extravegant dress the tailor could make. Pink and yellow tones, with a long skirt, maybe flowers as ornaments. Shoes as well, same style, and if posible, something for the hair as well, a tiara, or something of the kind, maybe made of flowers. I think my friend will be quite happy with it, and so I ask someone to make it.

If possible send responce to Silva Insula, a messenger in the docks should know how to reach it. Please state the price, and where we could meet when the dress is done.

Lucy quickly thanks the messenger as her eyes dart across the letter. "Wai' 'ere fer a minute miste' 'alflin'!" She shuffles inside her burrow squealing excitedly. "Me firs' custome'!"While contemplating about the dress, she rips a blank page from one of her sister's books and begins writing a reply:

Dear Rosso,

I'm going to make the prettiest dress for your friend! Writing this now... I haven't gotten to finish it yet, but I'm certain that when this letter finally gets to you, the dress will be complete! Please come to the Vale to pick it up!

She folds the note and hops back outside, handing it back to the halfling. "Deliver this ter Silva Insula will ye? I's fer Rosso!" Lucy flashes a dazzling smile before walking back into her burrow to work. The messenger halfling scratches his head, clearly confused, but soon leaves to send her letter.
