Oh did I say master? Oops, that must have slipped out, I meant to say leader! Ya, that seems better... :-?

Anyways, jokes aside. As most of us know, Danny was recently promoted to Admin and will have his hands full with Adminy stuff. Yes, you read that correctly, Adminy stuff. He will continue to stick around and take on the same role that Lirinya had as the Application Team Admin, but that leaves room for someone to step up as the Head of App Team. I have since occupied that room with my fat druidic ars--- oh wait, jokes are supposed to be aside! What I'm trying to say is that I have taken Danny's position as your leader, so hopefully we are able to accomplish a lot together, as I have a lot of plans already!

First of all, if you can't tell by this post yet, I am not a strict hardbutt (like Danny) and I like to lay back and joke every once in a while, so I have no issues with joking around in the chat (*looks at Aryon*). However, when we are trying to get work done or we are in a serious discussion, I will expect maturity from every member of the team. I believe that we already do a good job of this, so I don't believe this will be an issue! ^_^

Also, I will be bringing back the Application Activity Logs that I used to use when I assisted Danny in keeping the team in check from a few months back. For those of you who don't know, these Logs keep track of how many applications you accept, how many you deny, and how many you do total every week. This isn't a form of quota system, although those who I believe are not pulling their weight will receive a word from me and a possible removal from the team, so make sure you are doing your job!

EDIT: Those who have other positions such as LM or FM will not be logged, as they are on the team to help when they can, it is not their primary duty.

Last but certainly not least, I have accepted each and every one of you into the Druidic Order. Haha just kidding, none of you have earned that honor yet! Anyways, I will be picking up from where Danny left off, so I will now be in charge of getting the Application Videos going, accepting members, disciplining current members, and almost everything else, although he will still be helping when he can.
