To any House that is put under by a higher rule, your chance of freedom has come.

I speak for the Phoenix, bringer of the old ways.

Too long have man been oppressed by those greater.

This pact shall bring those together, to join in unity.

We shall prevail against the greater evil, and plant the seed

of a new life in our glorious pact. To all those,

looking for a new life, to be free from the oppressor,

to bring back the ways of old! Lay your name upon

this parchment, signifying our unity. Together we shall

rejoice in these new lands, making our home a glorious one.

By the light of Aeriel, bring us freedom and new hope.
