I think the content of the email was great, however, the way which it was formatted was very aesthetically displeasing, at least in my opinion. Of course, I won't merely say that and be done, as that would be pretty rude and not at all constructive. Having the little white box with what I would call the "main content" of the email, surrounded on three sides by other information which was not entirely the focus of the email, just seemed kind of distracting and not very appealing in terms of aesthetics. So basically for starters, I'd say get rid of the awkward grey border. Just have all the information going top to bottom, it looks less awkwardly proportioned and just better in my opinion. Also, maybe add some color? Perhaps some type of image which more specifically relates to LotC (we have plenty of talented people who could make some sort of pretty image banner type thingymahoozit).

 

Anyways, I think the content of the email was quite good, and overall it was quite informative. For some reason the formatting just bugged me a lot, so rather than giving a crappy rating, I'd explain why. Of course, most probably won't be nearly as nit-picky as me :P Keep up the awesome work guys, glad to see 3.0 is around the corner.
