Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):

The furthest back I can remember is when I was around the age of 6. I lived in the outskirts of Menorcress. I remember walking around my town with my father. One of the most significant things I remember is an elderly man that sat on a painted stump and preached to anyone that would listen. My father and I would walk past him everyday while we were doing our daily things. He preached of many things, such as, deities, war, all of the forests burning, the Heial’Thilln going corrupt, and many other things. I would think very deeply of these subjects. A few months later, I asked my father about the topics. He just said, "Do not worry about it, my son. None of these dreadful things will ever happen." So I then forgot about the subjects.

A few years later, my father enrolled me in the academy of Menorcress. I excelled in my classes and was placed in the top 15 rankings. I also worked my way along on the fencing team. At the end of my season I had won 39 of my 40 matches. The one match I did not win was against a strapping High Elf. His name was Sulleev. He wears light blue face paint in two thin lines underneath each of his eyes. He would bulk up every time he would see me. He is ranked first in all of Asulon under the age of 100. I, of course, was ranked second. The day he beat me, I hadn't seen him again for a long time.

As my life continued, I became more interested in studying the different types of herbs and also studying science. As I studied different herbs and vegetables, I was taught how to mix them to give myself and others unusual powers and protection. My professor, Therakuul, spent years and years teaching me how to mix different things to make different effects. Learning that adding certain things to just water will cause them to pop and smoke. He also showed me how to grow and and use the 'special' ingredient.

As I neared the end of school I was at the age of 98. My father grew very sick. I tried to help him with special herbs and potions, but they had no effect. He was suffering for about 18 months, until his body gave up. He was still alive, but felt nothing. I would have a deep-hearted talk with him everyday. He was no longer himself, he no longer smiled or react to me or my presence in anyway. I went to talk to Therakuul and he followed me back to my home o inspect my father. He revealed to me that my father had Ki'Katta and he was not strong enough to fight it. He then led me into the next room and told me that my father had a maximum of a day to live. I broke down and started to sob. My father was the last person I had in my life and I had no job, due to my schooling. I had no way to support myself. A few weeks after my father passed, I was a very negative icon of my town, I was homeless and very poor. I could tell that many of people wanted me to be shunned from our town. I was sleeping in a small ditch when I was awoken by Therakuul. He grabbed my hand and led me to his home, on the way, I realized that it was pitch dark outside and only an occasional flickering light in a window. When we arrived to his home, I was amazed. The house was very large and beautiful. He led me into a small bedroom off of the back of the house, then said, "You may stay with me only until you get a job and a home. Now, get to sleep and remain quiet, you will not want to wake my wife and son." I fell asleep quickly under the warm quilts.

I awoke in the late-morning and walked into the center of the house. The house was just as beautiful on the inside, as the out. As I gaped at the large paintings on the wall, a familiar voice says, "That's nice, huh?" I quickly spun around on my heel and saw Sulleev. I gasped and said, "I am not here for any trouble." He chuckled and said, "I know you aren't. I am Sulleev, what is your name?" I told him my name and he led me into the dining room and sat down. I sat next to him, as his mother brought in a large tray will a baked chicken on it. I gaped at the chicken as Sulleev began cutting pieces off. He slapped a large slab down on my plate as the aroma filled my nose. My mouth watered and Sulleev says with a mouthful, "Dig in!". So I picked up what I thought was the entrée fork and began eating, it was the best thing I ever tasted. When Sulleev and I were finished, we went to the back of the home and there was a beautiful blue river. He jumped in and resurfaced. He yelled to me, telling me to get in. I jumped up and grabbed a vine, flinging myself into the water. The water was crisp and refreshing. We swam for a few hours and then went back into the house.

It was the third day that I was at Therakuul's home and Sulleev lead me to his job. He had got me in with him, crafting golden bracelets. I had made great money working with him. It has been a few weeks since I moved in with the O'llick family, and I was already to move out when something happened. I was talking to Sulleev and Therakuul when a large club shattered the front of the house. The wall began to collapse when a large orc smashed through it. Past the orc, out in the town, there were more orcs terrorizing the people in it. Sulleev ran to the left, into a small room and Therakuul's hands began to glow. I was astonished, seeing beams flow from his palms. Sulleev came back into the room with a long sheathe on his hip, and another in his hand. He tossed me the sword and I immediately tied it around my waist and unsheathed a long, beautiful, iron sword. Therakuul turned his head and told us to run. Sulleev and I looked at each other and nodded. As we began running, I tripped over a loose board and fell to the ground. Sulleev turned back to me and extended his hand, I grabbed it a got up. At this point Sulleev was on the verge of hyperventilating. I looked at him as though he was insane. He pointed at my gut and I realized what he was sputtering about. I wrapped my hand around the large splinter in my stomach and gritted my teeth. I yanked it out, holding back a scream. Sulleev shakily wrapped me up. We continued to run until we saw the convoy in which the orcs came in. There were six large carriages with two oxen on each. He suggested that we kill the oxen, I agreed and offered to take the back three. So we sprinted over to them and I beheaded the six oxen I was designated. I met Sulleev in the middle of all of the chariots. He was excited and much too loud. A few grunts came up over the hill and we began to run in the other direction. A heard a thud and stopped, turning around. Sulleev was on the ground with a small hatchet in the back of his head. My eyes grew cloudy and I took to the bushes. The two grunts looked at the body, then walked back the other way. I hopped out of the bushes and ran to Sulleev's body, sobbing. I repeated my apologies over and over again, as I took his sheathe and tied it to my other hip. I hugged his lifeless body and took the small pendant the hung around his neck. I dropped it into my pocket and took off down the path, away from the village. I was running and running when everything went black.

I awoke in what I was told was Malinor. And here is where I continue my story.

Open-Response-Questions

Each question in this section must be

answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point.

1. As you walk through the deep forests you hear the sound of whispering and snickering. Upon inspection you realize that a group of High Elves are mocking a small Wood Elf child. How do you react?

I walk over to the congregation and watch over the children, they turn around and see me towering over them. I ask them why they are picking on the wood elf. They give me a unsure answer and I tell them all to shoo. The wood elf thanks me over and over again. I simply tell him to run out of high elven lands before he gets himself killed. The next day, I travel through the same pathway and the boy and his father are waiting there for me. I grip the hilt of my sword as I continue walking towards them. The father has a small build, but is a few inches taller than me. As I walk up to the two the father grows enraged and begins to yell at me for harassing his son by telling him to stay out of High Elven lands. He says, "All of us share this land! You cocky High Elves think that you are the queen's robes when it comes to importance!" I simply nod and make hand gestures. This enrages him more. He pulls a long bow from his back ,notching an arrow. I quickly draw my sword, swinging it at the bow. I slice the bow in half with a swift motion. He gapes in surprise. I tell him to get the hell away from me and he takes off down the road with his son.

2. Whilst wandering through the Elven forests you come across a frail old man with a walking stick. He collapses in front of you, falling to the ground with a sharp thud. Out of his pocket falls a small pouch of gold coins, which hits the ground and splits open spreading coins across the pathway. The man lies there, defenseless - what do you do?

Shocked, I break a sturdy branch from the nearest tree helping him up. I hand him a full sack of coins. Noticing that there are more coins in that pouch than were in his, he says, "Bless you." I reply with a slight smile and nod and get on my knees to pick up the coins. After a pick up the last of the coins, I stand, dropping them in my pocket. I look to my left, then my right. And on my glance to the right I catch bandits staring at me. I ask them how long they had been there, they respond with a chuckle. I think to myself, and my sword would take to long to unsheathe and swing, so I reach into my pack and feel around. I find 2 bottles. I turn to the left and take off in a dead sprint. As I reach a clearing I slow down to look back nothing, so I speed up as I look forward again I trip over something solid, landing on my stomach. As I roll over, I see a friendly dwarf, lending a helping hand.

3. Whilst traversing the Elven Woodlands, you come across a small clearing in which a colored carriage sits. A trader stands outside of it and calls you over, telling you of his wares. He points out that his carriage sells just about everything, and that he's willing for you to haggle for a price. What does your character do? (Please include:- item, haggling for prices and the discussion involved)

I walk over to the carriage with him and I ask if he has a fine pair of leather boots. He enters his carriage and then exits about 5 minutes later with about ten pairs of boots. He shows me boots with leather on the inside, iron on the out. Worn leather boots. And freshly stretched leather boots. I ask him he is asking for the newly stretched pair, and he replies with "200 Minas". My mouth drops wide open and I say, "How about 100 Minas?" And he shakes his head, saying, "Many people want these, I better put them away." I quickly reply with, "Wait! How about 150 Minas?" He looks at me and says, "175". I extend my hand and say "Deal." I then slip on my new leather boots and sprint down the path in joy.
