I am selling my manor next to the Elysium docks. It has a great location.

Here are some sketches of the property. It is quite nice. It has a barracks, a stage, a lecture room, an office, and many spaces for rooms. It is unfinished but acquires great potential. The chests have some stuff in 'em. A good bit of cobblestone and bows.
