As for your issue, you were told NOT to appeal for another 3 weeks despite what you think, yet you did that anyway. The second thread was locked and moved by an FM by request of the GM, which shouldnt even have been up in the first place. Jroy already explained to you what you had done wrong and why he could not post more evidence that he already had and you should accept that.
