Zarek is a male 14 year old Kha'Pantera male. His fur is black and is still developing therefore he has a very young look to him.

 

What is the personality of your character like?:
 

Zarek is young and perhaps slightly hotheaded. He however is very loyal and preparing for his trials. He wishes to show that he is worthy to be a Kha and prove himself to everyone.

Brief Biography of this character’s life thus far (taking into account the rules against creating a character born outside of the empire):
 

    Zarek is the son of two kha who attempted to leave the way of the Kha and live among the Apes. For this they were hunted down and killed, however by the time the hunters found them Zarek had already been born. His parents were then killed, however Zarek was spared and taken back to the Kha people.

     It was made clear to Zarek how and why his parents died at a very early age, and that such actions with him would be met with the same fate. If anything Zarek dislikes his parents more then any other, he hates them for having broken the ways of the Kha and swore to himself he'd never do such an outrageous thing.

    Zarek now only 2 months away from his trials, wishes to prove himself worthy to be among the Kha. 

Character’s ambitions within the Kharajyr:
 

Zarek wishes to complete his coming tirals and be known among the Kha as an Adult. He intends to show his loyalty and be accept in the eyes of the goddess.

Character’s strengths/weaknesses:[/b]

 

Zarek is strong in the sense that he is smart and calculating. He is open to learn the ways of combat and preparing for his trials. However, he is weak in the sense of his age. While he has hunted with a bow before he is still young and has much to learn. Should combat break out with an older and much stronger foe it is likely Zarek will not survive.

Seeing as Zarek is young I thought it best to not dress him up too fancy and go with the Default. I do without a doubt intend to edit the skin and make it more original. I also have More player models and will be editing the skin to work with that mod.

[b]Situational Roleplay Questions
1. You are heading home from a successful hunting trip when a group of three heavily armoured humans jump out from behind a tree and start demanding the surrender of your catch over to them. Each man has a sword drawn and they are gradually pacing towards you...

How does your character react?[/b]

    Zarek freezes in his step and looks over the situation. It is clear to him he has no chance to win and to hand over his catch would be unthinkable. The others would think him a traitor, an ape, like his parents/ he says through his head. No, he understands what Metztli would ask of him. Zarek takes his newly caught fish and bites into them, attempting to eat it whole. 

    He takes a deep breath and yells out "Zarek goes to the goddess happily!" and hopelessly runs at them, preparing to join Metztli in death.

[b]2. You arrive at the temple of Metztli only to see one of your closest friends stealing the sacred blue gems from the altar, a most unholy act for a Kharajyr.

How does your character react?[/b]

 

Upon seeing his so called friends stealing the sacred gems he opens his mouth to yell out for help but stops before any sound is made. He remembers what hes been told, to speak in the temple is a crime in the sight of the goddess. Zarek quickly looks around for any adult and without speaking alerts them of the theft. 

[b]3. You are in the Cloud Temple when a stout, angry little dwarf begins yelling highly racist terms towards you at the top of his lungs. Although unarmed, the dwarf continues to yell after he makes eye contact with you.

How does your character react?[/b]

 

Zarek loses his temper quickly, he cannot stand to watch such a short foolish ape dare mock the goddess. He howerver understands even if the ape is unharmed he may still be able to hurt him. He looks around and notices many others who look on him with distrust. Understanding they may all attack him at once and seeing as he is a better being then the dwarf he shakes his head and walks off, although unhappy as he is he believes this is what the other Kha would ask of him.

[b]4. Fire has broken out over the jungle city and you can hear the screaming of two Kha’ nearby. As you go investigate, you notice that one of your friends and the Tlatlanni’s white-furred child have gotten themselves trapped in opposite ends of a burning building. The roof creaks above you, if you were to get involved, you would only have time to save one before the building collapsed.

How does your character react?[/b]

 

Zarek understands what duty demands here. He runs to the White-furred child without a second thought to help it, not because it is a child but because it is the Tlatlanni's child. He expects his friend would understand and do the same in his shoes and begins to hep the child get out as the fire begins to take Zarek's friend.

 

 

 

 

 

 

     I understand at one point in my application I spoke in the common tongue, I ask you look at it as if it was a Kha Accent. I've never been very good at accents and intend to learn through seeing it spoken in Roleplay. That is how I learned the Orc accept, and I assume it would work just as well here. If this in anyway means my application will be denied I ask that someone helps me understand the accept better, perhaps through 1 on 1 assistance.
