He then takes one of the pile and pins it up on the board for all to see. This also happens on the boat, where another, pins one of these to the mast and places another packet down. The Landing
Prince Emberhard shall be awaiting us at the point of arrival. We propose that at this point, all Mali group with your appropriate district Viscounts as to provide some sort of organisation. A reminder of all officials is included in this document. Prince Emberhard shall then lead us to the new settlement and surely, home of Malinor.
To ensure a safe travel, please stay with your group. Do not linger. If one wishes to stay back at the ship, we inform you that there will be more than one trip. Once the first trip complete, Sentinels and Officials shall be sent to ferry the rest of our population.

The New City
First Stage
Prince Emberhard and a group of settlers and colonists have built our new city over the past months and we have many features already. However, let us not be distracted. The Mali’aheral of the Mali’aheral district will follow their according Viscount and while the other Mali stay with the other officials. Sentinels shall then be posted to ensure the security of our citizens.
Farmers of Malinor
You shall be proposed to accompany the Farm-master to the farms to begin the immediate harvest of growing crops to ensure a proper supply for the new arrivals.  
Lumberjacks and Miners of Malinor
You shall be advised to accompany the Foreman to the forests suitable for harvesting wood or to the area where a mine may be established so resources are stockpiled from the start.

Second Stage
This shall be announced by the Viscounts as the moment workers may commence to claim homes. Before this stage, no Mali shall be permitted to claim a home.
Mali’ame Housing
Mali’ame will have their housing ready immediately and will be directed to which homes they may claim according to their contracts.
Mali’ker Housing
Mali’ker will be asked to congregate and vote between various choices of housing neighbourhoods. The choices shall be the portuary district, the root district or the construction of a proper district specific to the Mali’ker, beneath the ground of the Malinor city. Your Viscount urges you to make a choice as to accelerate the process when the vote comes to be.

Third Stage
This is the final stage in which we may celebrate our success and congregate for a grand celebration. Shortly after this, the proper labour system shall be instituted and taxes shall come into effects as so the Labour System depicts.

The Officials on Duty
High Officials
High Prince Kolyat Alfakyn -- Our High Prince shall be to the disposal of any Mali for information regarding global and specific matters. However he may be fairly busy, thus one should think of giving him some space. He shall be in charge of rations beside Khel.
Prince The Emberhard -- The Emberhard shall be to the disposal of new arrivals for orientation information. He shall also be overviewing the resource gathering once the majority of Mali have arrived.
Prince Khel Oussana -- Khel shall be in charge of keeping the group safe and fed. If anything appears suspicious, attend to him. He shall also be to the disposal of Mali for information regarding global matters.
Prince Oceas Warwick -- In the Second Stage, Oceas shall be aiding the Viscounts in their organisation. For help regarding the claiming of homes, see to him.
Princess Rosumund Mayliff -- In the Second Stage, Rosumund shall be aiding the Viscounts in their organisation. For help regarding the claiming of homes, see to her.

Officials
Mali’ame Viscount Elorna Avern -- Elorna shall be to the disposal of Mali’ame for information about homes.
Mali’ker Viscount Goroth Klaren -- Goroth shall be to the disposal of Mali’ker for information about homes.
Mali’aheral Viscount Amras’Tullum -- Amaras shall be to the disposal of Mali’aheral for information about homes.

High Commander Orym -- The High Commander shall be in charge of security, if anything seems suspicious, report to him.
Farm Master Kuan Crotania -- Farmers shall be advised to listen to Kuan intently. If one needs information about the farms or would like to sign up, speak to him.
Foreman Titania -- All labourers shall be advised to listen to Titania intently. If one needs information about the labour system or would like to sign up, speak to her.
Treasurer Ebs -- In the third stage, Ebs shall be available for consultation about prices on homes and taxes. Any Mali needing information on the financing of Malinor is free to ask.
