Gorum© 623 Share Posted February 23, 2013 A parchment is passed around to Dwarves and Honorary Dwarves alike, regarding temporary housing in Kal'Azgoth untill Dwarves can afford real homes. You peer down onto the parchment, reading the content. " Dwarves of Kal'Azgoth, the Kingdom of Urguan does contain homes surrounding the palace. But not everyone will be able to afford these homes on the first days. So what will be done is the following: Legion Members will be living within the legion bunks located in the military district, if there is more room available then Dwarven citizens will also be placed within the legion bunks. Members of the Smith/Engineering Guilds will be living within the smithing district, utilizing the storage and working space given to them there. Again, if all the smiths are situated then citizens will be placed with them. The tavern contains several rooms for Dwarves to live in as well, and it will also be utilized. The taverns rooms will be available to dwarf citizens only, unless all the other sections are taken. The Banking storage will be used as a temporary area for dwarven citizens to store their belongings, again, this is all temporary. The bank will eventually require payment to use its storage. Keep in mind Dwarven kin! All of this will only be temporary, eventually people will be kicked out of these areas and into their real homes if they have enough money to purchase it. It is your duty to work in the Kingdom for proper pay, and use that pay to purchase your own home. The humble King has granted this opportunity so that Dwarves will prosper, and not be forced to live in the caverns. If you obtain enough mina to purchase a home, or if you're unable to find temporary housing. Speak with any Lord, the King, or the High Merchant. They will be able to provide you with both temporary housing and real housing." ((OOC: This basicaly entails where people will be -temporarily- living untill all of you have enough mina to purchase homes of your own. Legion - Legion Barracks, Smiths/Engineers - Smith/Engineering district, Dwarven citizens - Tavern/Bank, and any guild hall that has room. That basically summarizes it. This is all temporary, completely temporary. Within a week in real life all of these will start to be removed and you will be required to purchase your own homes after that specified time. If you still don't have enough, exceptions will be made according to Omithiels decision. ))
