The Salvus Trade License

With recent debate over the economy, I Lord Treasurer Arinition Aramore will be enforcing a new law that states that all traveling merchants must purchase a Trading license to make sure the Salvus Shops will obtain income, said License must be renewed every thirty elven days, and will have a price of 100 Mina on first purchase and fifty mina for renewal, if said license is not renewed in two elven weeks it will be considered a new purchase once obtained. Anyone attempting to trade without a license will first be warned, upon a second attempt different measures will be taken as punishment. This trade license does not apply to shop owners, Inn owners, ext. This law will be enforced immediately starting the release of this poster, Licenses can be bought from Myself (huskyboy2k10) or my wife (fireheart519).

 

 

(Shields are able to enforce this law, along with the Treasurer's guard, a document will be held with everyone whom has bought a license for reference. Each License will expire every 30 IRL days.)
