Hey, I donated 25 dollars for the Iron package. I did this for the sake of donating, of course, the perks were just a bonus, but I don't seem to have them in game or on the forums, even though it says it's automatic. Anything I can do?

I have the same problem, except mine is only on the forums. My IG tag works fine.

I modreqed it in game and they changed my rank.

Contact an admin with proof of your donation and he or she will change it accordingly. Contrary to what is said, it is not always automatic.

I am also having problems with my forum tag. But with gold not Iron. ^^;;
