I know I'm a bit new to the server, but I think this may be something worth posting. I was reading through the forums about increasing orc popularity for new players, and I noticed a common idea. I noticed multiple times that people would suggest more ritual/religious/shamanistic activity. Today I remebered something that I read when I was filling out my application to join the server. I remembered that, on the orc application, a Festival of Krug was mentioned. By the way, forgive me if anyone has already mentioned this idea before. Anyways, I was thinking it might be very fun and very interesting if, every now and again, the orcs would actually hold the Festival of Krug in-game. An altar could be built in the city, and orcs (maybe different orcs every time, or specific orcs?) could be chosen to go convince humans, elves, and/or dwarves to come to the city. Then, when they got there, the person/people who were convinced to come could be sacrificed on the altar of Krug. I was also thinking that the ceremony could be accompanied by some kind of ritual/chanting/special speech type of thing that would come before the sacrifice. I don't know if the whole thing sounds a bit too...deceptive or underhanded for orcs, but obviously no one would just come to the orc city knowing they were going to be killed when they got there. Anyways, it's just a thought. I'd love some feedback.

I think this could actually be a successful event if enough work is put into it. Not a bad idea.

A new one who's making ideas to improve a race while it's down! Let me first say, this is agreat idea, and I clap to you for trying to help a part of the community instead of insulting them, or just ignoring them. Secondly, I welcome you to the server and I am happy we have yet another person ready to help.

 

Now! This idea is actually good. Luring pinkehz and twiggys to the city and murdering them for the glory of satan, I love it. I'd suggest PMing an orc leader with this idea, the event may be able to be put into play! Sounds fun, actually, a great idea you stumbled upon. Ya, I'd go to this event. Not sure what the orcs forum names are, sorry, but in game you could be an orc and head down!
