A Question About A Culture

So, I had an idea, and before I get to work I wanted to ask a few questions before I have to do more work than I need to.

 

So, my idea is to make a sort of "Sub-Race" that isn't really a subrace... The sub-race would be more of a culture for Half Elves, more specificly, Half Orcs Half Dark Elves. Now, they wouldn't have anything special about them other than both havng the curse of infertility and bloodlust, they wouldn't have any sort of new magic, or notable changes as far as physical changes other than being larger than normal elves but smaller than normal Orcs. The only real changes would be their skin tone, religion, and culture... Would I need to have this be put into "Ideas and Lore" or just make a post in the Guild forums?

...Well... It depends how you want to go about doing this. Is this a group that has already existed, or just a group your character and, by extension, you want to create?

I don't talk to her I'm afraid. Personal reasons.

And I suppose they e always existed. But I wanted to establish them As more organized and as actual people. Like the doomforge

Well, if this group has already existed IC, you'd need to write up some lore for it, etc. If your character is amassing this group, you can start amassing them IC, but a post in the guild section wouldn't hurt.

If you create them IC, then you can create them IC. If they're pre-existing, then you need a lore post. Personally, I'd create the culture IC.

You get a bunch of people together, and you formulate the culture. Rome wasn't built in a day, as the saying goes.

If you don't know many, how are you going to establish them as their own people/group?

By building lore on them and establishing them and their unique culture. However, I might be scrapping this idea for something else.
