Definitions
In your own words define the following terms. Do not take any definitions from elsewhere!:

Role-playing: Role-playing is where you play as a character in a public or private interactive setting, where any participants from other parties are able to submerge themselves and change the action lines within the story. In role-play, you can set forth into a realistic, yet magical world, that bends to your imagination however you wish it to be. ( So long that it doesn't break the rules. )

Meta-gaming: Meta-gaming is the use of Out-of-Character knowledge for In-Character benefits. Meta-gaming is also the creation of modern-day technology that would not fit within the boundaries of lore. (Which is also lore-break.) Not only this, but it can also be the use of In-Character knowledge that you've yet to obtain, so that you may use it to your own will. Example: OOCly, Bob says, "Yeah, I know that there is a secret area in ____ location. Then ICly, Bill goes to ____ location without obtaining the knowledge ICly.

Power-emoting: Power-emoting is the use of actions to manipulate another character's own actions. It can also be God-Modding. Example: Player one chops off your head. Player two continues to live while beheaded.
Example two: * Bob stabs through your spinal column. *

In-Character Information:
Complete the following biography on your character:

Full Name: Tirus Minathorn Vekon.

Current Age: Twenty-four.

Sub-race (if any): None.

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):
Tirus was born upon Asulon, parented by his mother, Candrina, and his father, Brazstiff. His home was located along the Western border of Ager, within a dense forest that was ridden with animals. They lived in a cottage made partly of timber, and partly of cobble; though, the lot of it was timber, as only the base and chimney of the cottage were made of cobble. It was an expensive home to his family's standards, as his father was but a Hunter, and mother a Fletcher. Tirus helped mainly his father, as it was the more 'manly' job; he loathed what his mother's job was.

Tirus had high regards for hunting with his father. He took down undead creatures with swift, accurate shots, from a distance with a shortbow. With his age, he wasn't much of a good fighter with blade. He was heavily interested in the art of swordsmanship, though, considering his father chose blade over bow. His curious eyes watched him nearly each day, hacking down undead that crossed their path with silent, deadly blows. After his daily hunts, they travelled home with the rewards that came from the creatures; broken blades, armor, sometimes Minas that happened to be upon their being.

Tirus and his father ate with Candrina every night, at their circular, bland dinner table.
As he grew older, he became even more experienced with his archery. His mother, to his dislike, taught him a slight amount about fletching. He carved his own bow, strung it, and even made a leather and wood quiver of his own, set with it's own arrows. Not only this, but his father bought him a sword made of iron. It was rather basic, but able to be worked with. He learned several fighting moves and techniques from his father's store of knowledge, but he wasn't gifted with anything too entricate.

Eventually, Tirus set out into the empire for work. Yet, he found nothing that met his interest. He looked everywhere, in every nook and cranny that he had access to. He had very little Minas upon his person at the time the storm struck. Upon his disembarkments in the new lands, Anthos, he hadn't hardly anything to start a new life with.

Ambitions for the Future: Tirus seeks out his lost cousins Joseph and Vectis, who he could not find after the traversing of the oceans to Anthos. He longs to become a famed man, printed in the story books of legend, and the minds of the ones who read them.

Personality: Tirus is a kind man, though will be most rude if he sees it fit. He looks down upon the 'peasants' of society with cruel eyes, despite the fact that he's rather poor at the time. He considers himself at the top, labelling himself to most, a narcissist.

Skills: Tirus is a highly skilled marksman, mostly with a shortbow. A moderate swordsman, he can best many that havn't the greatest of teachers or experience. He's very well at being stealthy in nearly any situation or location, and he's quite the survivalist. He knows many techniques that can keep himself alive when out in the Wild.

Appearance (this must include an in-game screenshot of your skin):

Any other details you wish to share about your character: Tirus is very fond of treasure hunting. He plans to go out into the Wild very soon, in hopes that he can find a rare object that may be worth a lot of Minas.

Open-Response-Questions
Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point.
____

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do?

Answer:
Tirus watched the figure make his stealthy approach with intense curiosity and interest. His deep, brown eyes noted each feature upon the dark figure, incase he'd have to chase the man down on his own. Step after step, Tirus made way for the nearest guard with haste, as he uttered out almost in a whisper, "Guard, guard! Look, " He pointed directly at the moving figure, which was growing ever closer to the large open doors of the palace. Tirus assumed the Emperor was having court, and that it only made the situation worse. If the dark figure were to get near the Emperor, what horrid deeds could occur?

"What is it, sa'?"The guard replied, after he was quickly addressed by Tirus. He seemed rather confused.

"Watch him!" Tirus's voice shifted to a whisper as he continued. "I believe he's an assassin. Do you not?" His words seemed demanding, as if he was expecting an agreeing reply.

"Oh, oi' see 'em now, sa'!" The guard quickly spewed out his words. His chainmail jingled as his hand shifted to the pommel of his sheathed blade. Beckoning to some of the other watchmen, he silently called them over. Within moments, several nearby soldiers moved up. "Over tha'!" The guard bellowed, pointing to the assassin. They began to rush forwards, some of them unsheathing their blades in quick movements. Rushing towards the doors of the palace, they caught up to the assassin. Tirus simply observed them, with a smirk crossing his face.

"That'll teach him." He whispered to himself, under his breath.

2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?

Answer:

Crouching down, Tirus began to observe the three with keen eyes. His eyes met the old man that was in despair, and then his eyes swapped to look over the bandits. A disgusted look crossed his face as he watched them, only but for a moment. Creeping through the thick of the forest, he kept himself fully concealed behind bushes and trees. He crept about to where he were behind the bandits, and to where only the frail, old man could spot him. He unsheathed his longsword, and a glint of sunlight reflected from it's polished flat and edge. It caught the old man's eye, yet he said nothing, as if he never even acknowledged Tirus. Creeping forwards through the bushes, he stepped out onto the soft grass.

Suddenly, he leapt up and rushed forwards, him running on light, agile feet. He tried to take feather-weighted steps, as he moved along. Before long, he leapt upwards, sending a heavy kick outwards and towards one of the bandit's backs. His blade whipped around towards the other bandit's legs, right behind his knees where the armor was lightest. Tirus's foot struck the Bandit's back, and his blade struck the other's legs, behind his knees. The bandit which was kicked, fell forwards, and onto his stomach. The other was cut into deeply, by the edge of his blade, causing crimson red blood to spill down the Bandit's armored legs. Falling backwards, the Bandit fell upon his back with a light thud. Continuing forwards, Tirus clasped both hands on the leather-wrapped hilt of his blade for just a moment. Crouching downwards only by a bit, he brought the pommel of his longsword down to meet the back of the Bandit's head, which he had kicked beforehand. Tirus swiftly knocked the man unconscious, with the quick strike.

The Bandit, at which was cut into, was writhing about in pain. Tirus spun about with a snarl, him transferring his blade from his right hand, and to his left. To end the bandit's horrid pain, he brought the pommel down to his temple, giving him a swift knockout as well.

Silence.

Slowly standing up, he moved his wrist up to his forehead to wipe away a sheen of sweat. He turned on his heels, facing the old man that was watching him with wide, thankful eyes. "I -.. owe you my life." The old man said, with a whisper.

"You do not. T'was simply a good deed that needs not a reward." Tirus responded, with a smirk.

3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).

Answer:

"You have no set prices?" Inquired Tirus, with a quirked brow.

"That is correct." Replied the merchant, with a solid nod. Tirus's gaze slowly moved along the wares that were atop the stall: iron bars, emeralds, bits of woolen clothing, and an arrangement of apples, melons, potatoes, and porkchops. His hand shifted to his pouch of Minas, which dangled by his red, studded belt. Dipping in his fingers, he withdrew all that he had - fifteen Minas. It was very little, but it was all that was available. Raising his palm, the Minas glinted within it as he showed the merchant.

"Is this enough to buy a bit of food?" Asked Tirus, with slow words.

"Perhaps," Replied the Merchant, "But how much do you intend to purchase?"

"Only enough to get through the day." Tirus looked down upon the colorful stall once more, with hungry eyes. It seemed obvious that he struggled with life, considering his low amount of Minas and how desperate he looked.

"So, I shall give you two apples. How much do you wish to buy them for?" Asked the Merchant.

"One Minas per apple." Tirus stated flatly, with a dip of his head.

"One? They are worth more, though."

"I have not much money, and I might not make it if I pay more." Insisted Tirus. The Merchant pondered what Tirus had said. His eyes stared off into the distance as he thought. It seemed as if they were deciding how much a Diamond was worth, considering the time it took until the Merchant spoke again.

"All right then, sir. You've a deal." The Merchant said, with a smile. Tirus responded with a smirk of satisfaction, him shifting his free hand to pick out two Minas.

"Thank you."

While your biography could of had more lore, this was a fine application. (Lore can be found here: http://www.lordofthecraft.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=HomePage )

Another thing that I'd like to mention is the second open response question. The bandits seemed to be defeated a bit too easily, remember in-game to always do *attempts to stab the bandit in the legs , or *kicks at the bandit's back, attempting to knock him down.
