Current Age: 31

 

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):  I was born inside a stone house, where it was raining outside. I was a happy child, until another came along. His name was Yorug. He would be mean to me, tell stupid jokes, and bother me in general. I know that I should stand up to him since I'm much bigger, but I wouldn't want to hurt him. Usually.

I woke up one day to find I was stuck to my bedspread. "U-ra?" I asked myself. Then I realized that my younger brother, Yorug, was outside in the hall, laughing in a deep fashion. I struggled to sit up, wanting to bash Yorug's face in. But I just couldn't get up. I wondered what this material on my bed was. Finally, I managed to sit up and climb off the bed. I went out into the stone hallway, but Yorug was nowhere to be found. I had many troubles with my younger brother, but I usually shrug them off. "Ra gaga muh Krug git hyum." I muttered.

The next day I had to sleep on the floor as there was still honey on my cloth and haystack bed. After that night, my mother sent me to collect some food from the market. As I was making my way there, I passed a window with a book titled, "Reading". It took me a few seconds to put the word together. I knew that my mother didn't know how to read, and neither did anyone in my family. But I wanted to learn how to read fluently, and speak common. I paid the man with all the minas in my pocket, almost emptying my money. But I still had the money to buy some food from the market. When I got home, I got to work on the book. I was piecing the words together, making attempts at reading. A few hours later I was doing well, until my brother walked in. I tried to hide before he could see me so I didn't get teased, but too late. "Ree-ree-ree-add-inguH?" he asked, piecing the word together himself. I could do nothing but smile, and say, "Yes. Reading."
 

 

Ambitions for the Future: Wants to improve his common even more than now, and is now reading and becoming intelligent for Krug to appreciate his being and kindness.

 

Personality: Intelligent, but friendly and kind, with a big heart.

 

Skills: Reading and writing, and can wield a tomahawk and a knife, but was taught nothing else about battling.

1. You are roaming the mighty capital of the War Nation Of Uruks, as you near the Arena you spot an Orc, wearing what seems to be human garbs as he looks at you he smiles and say out loud in common not in blah “Come friend let me teach you of civilization and break your mind from this orcish savagery!”, how do you react?

Answer: I shoot him a dirty look, and he keeps smiling. I walk over to him quickly, and he stops smiling, but stays frozen. I answer back to him in common. "I already know how to speak what you are speaking, and I just wish you would not insult the others like you did. Now stop being mean." As I say this, he starts running away, thinking I will hurt him. But of course I wouldn't. People say I would not hurt a fly, none the less he ran away and I am done with him.

2. As you are watching an Arena fight between two Orcs, the Goj of Krug walks towards the Arena, and shouts “Mi brudderz da Feztivel ob Krug iz coummeh! We needz zacrifizez tu zummun da Zpirit ob Krug un diz uzg, go gadder da Warbandz nd raid da landz nd bring mi buck zacrifizez, twiggy nd pinky dat we kan zlauhater upun da alter ob Krug nuw go mi Brudderz!” How doyou react to this?

Answer: I step back a few feet, knowing that a stampede of orcs is going to run out the door, and they do. I start getting trampled, and when they all are gone, I am bleeding terribly. I start running towards my home, getting back as fast as I can so nobody sees me like this. I am very mournful about what has happened, and quite scared too that it will happen again. The orcs continue to fight with axes and swords, and I watch the brutality. It hurts to see what is going on, and I never want to come to one of these fights again.

3. As you are travelling in the barren Orcish deserts you come across a quiet oasis. Beside it sits a small tent where a young orc is preparing a meal of roasted halfling. He calls you over, offering you to join in with his meal. What does your character do?

Answer: I, in orcish, ask for his name, and he replies with a grunt and "Buduf!" I walk over to join him, feeling hungry as ever. I am feeling most grateful, until he pulls out a knife and runs at me. I have just enough time to grab a cooked slice of ham and make off with it. I run for the hills, not looking back. Finally, I make it to safety and he cannot find me. I stuff the ham in my mouth, feeling most refreshed.
