A Ship Arrives In The Capitol Harbor

As you walk along the dock city's marketplace, you pause and look out over the harbor.  Under the natural arch sails a two masted vessel, a red banner flying above its mizzenmast.  The sails are clean and white, and ballista portholes dot both sides of the hull.  As it draws closer to the docks the sails are pulled up, the ship coming to a stop alongside the Imperial Oren Naval flagship.  At the helm stands a tall wood-elf dressed in a naval captain's uniform, shouting commands to the human and dwarf sailors darting to and fro about the deck.  An intricate nameplate on the stern reads "The Snapdragon."
