I have scanned my computer and it still stays there how do I get rid of it.

That's simply a DDoS protection (I believe). 

 

You should only ever have to do it once, but I believe if you clear your cookies/cache, all that good stuff, you have to do it again.

 

Also, it has nothing to do with your computer, so don't worry. It's not a virus or anything like that.

All you need to do is enter the Captcha and you should be good to go. It is a DDOS protector, so spam doesn't load the forums/website. 

 

After a few minutes, you should be fine, and it should only do it a few times within the few minutes it does it.
