Time Question

So recently i applied for a spot, but due to confusing and different time zone (the sites was different then my own time, so i applied at the wrong time when i guessed was 24 hours because i was unaware of when i applied before.). So I just did the math, and it ends up that i have only about 2 1/2 to 3 hours left for when i can apply again. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to apply again at that time, or if i would have to wait another 24 hours to apply again (if so, could this mistake please be ignored and i will re-apply in 3 hours?)? 

I appreciate any answers i can get.

You will have to wait 24 hours from your last denied application. That means you have to wait 24 hours from the application that was denied for not waiting.
