As you walk by in Salvus, you could either stop to listen to a crier announcing the news of Anthos along with a medium crowd. or just walk off.

 

If you stay to listen to the crier, a man in hard boiled leather with a dark grey cloak would stand next to you, he would then whisper to you.

 

"I have a proposition for you, if you'd be interested we shall speak at the tavern."

 

You'd reply with something, or just simply ignore him ignore him.

 

(( VA for 1a and 1b are needed, 2a and both 4's are preferred but not needed. Also, this man would not approach you if you look like a noble, guard or knight, only asking you of this if you look slightly shady. ))
