Full Name:  Raktor  Grayhammer
Current Age: 190
Sub-race (if any): Mountain Dwarf
Clan (if any): Grayhammer
Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):

I am Nalro of the Grayhammer Clan's cousin which both of my parents grew up in before they passed due to a mining accident. The loss of his parents has forced Raktor Grayhammer into a deep depression because he knows he cannot learn or feel the love of his parents again.  When he thinks back, he remembers both of his parent's death, which causes him to sink farther into depression despite the length of time it has been since his parents died.  Rakor Grayhammer tries to drink his depression away.  Alas, Raktor Grayhammer, has enough to drink, the memories of his parents fade away causing his depression or sorrow to go away for that moment, but they always come back stronger as soon as the alcohol is out of his system. The more he remembers, the endless cycle of depression starts again.

His cousin has began to teach him engineering as a way to relieve his depression. He now spends his time orking on new machines and devices to help the dwarven community. He has created many contraptions that he thinks will work, but they always blow up in his face, sometimes literally. On a few occasions, he has caught his beard on fire, thus making him the laughingstock of the dwarven community. He currently resides in the dwarven city of  Kal'Azgoth, He moved there after he joined the Legion were he worked as a engineer.  He still works for the Legion to this day as an neophyte and he helped to make ballista's for the Legion as well.  Sometimes, he will begin to sing songs while he is working causing people to stop and stare at the strange dwarf.
Personality: Caring,  does random things at times,  depressed.
Skills: Engineering
Appearance: Raktor is 3'4" tall with orange hair and a orange beard, his has a fit dwarven build and he wears a helmet all the time http://www.planetmin...ontest-viking-/  His quirks are he tends to sing while working in a attempt to cheer himself up. His clothes are stained with oil from working on machines. He wears a rabbit foot around his neck as a sign on good luck.  He also carries string with him to keep him busy and to stop thinking about his parents.
Any other details you wish to share about your character:

____

1. Whilst mining deep in the undergrounds of Kalos you see a large deposit of diamond ore at the other side of the ravine you are on. There is a very thin rock bridge that looks precariously unstable, but it is the only way to access the deposit. What do you do?

Answer:

Raktor:  Throws a rock at the bridge.

Raktor:  Hmm the bridge seems stable enough to take my weight.

Raktor begins to cross the bridge and the bridge wobbles, he nearly loses his balance, but continues on across the bridge..

Raktor crosses the bridge to the other side and begins to swing his pickaxe at the ore deposit.  The pounding of the rock causes the bridge to collapse behind him which leaves Raktor stuck on the other side of the ravine with no way of getting back across.

Raktor begins to call for help, after several hours another dwarf finally finds him and tosses a rope with a rock at the end to the other side so he can swing to safety back across.

Raktor: Thank you for the help, as he climbs up the rope to the safety of the edge.

Dwarf; Aye no problem mate, that was a close one wasn't it?  It is a good thing you are strong and agile.

Raktor  Aye it was and I am glad you came to help me there, but when I nearly feel off the rope it almost gave me a heart attack!

The dwarf chuckles and said, aye it almost gave me a heart attack as well!

Raktor: How about I buy you a ale for the help?

Dwarf: Aye that would be amazing.

Raktor: I know a great bar nearby called the Rusty Pick.

Dwarf: That is the same bar where I met my wife!

Raktor  Oh really? That's my kind of woman!

2. You are sitting in the local tavern with a large pint of ale in your hand - sitting nearby you is a rather young dwarf whom is clearly going through a bad time. He is crying to himself, and clutching a small wooden hammer toy. In the other corner of the room two shady dwarves are sitting whispering to each other and pointing occasionally at the dwarf. They stand up, one with a small dagger in his hand and begin to approach the young dwarf. What do you do?

Answer:  Raktor: What do you think your going to do to that young dwarf?  Can't you see that he is upset and having a hard time?  I'm not going to let you harm a hair on his head.  I can take both of you on at one time. Now, go back and mind your own business before I have to harm all of the hairs on your heads. Raktor to the young dwarf:  What is wrong with you?  I am here to help you with your problems.  Things cannot be as bad as you are thinking they are or will be.  Now stop crying, pull yourself together, and talk to me.  Discuss your situation with me and we can try to work your problems out.

3. Whilst wandering through the Dwarven Caverns you hear a voice call out to you; “Oi, ye’! C’mere n’ get ye’rself an ale!”. You spin on your heel and see a heavily bearded bar-owner looking at you - a huge grin on his face, and a mug of ale in his hand. How do you react?

Answer: I take the ale and swiftly guzzle it down, then I ask for another.  I do this until I forget the memorys of my parents.  By then I only have one problem, a huge bill to pay and I don't have enough money to cover the entire bill.  I ask the bar-owner to put it on my tab, but he refuses, so I give him my pickaxe as payment.  The pickaxe will not cover the total tab, so I have to give him my set of armor. The bar-owner is happy with his new pickaxe and armor.  I have learned a value lesson, don't drink unless you have the money to pay your tab.  Now, I have to work even harder to purchase a new pickaxe and a set of armor.
