The paper reads as thus-- Attention all Mali'aheral Citizens of this Blessed Enclave. The members of the exalted Triumvirate, acting upon new powers afforded them by the requirement of logic and needs of the state, have chosen a new candidate for the revered position of Okarir'tir. Should they desire it, we of the triumvirate officially endorse Mr Elavern'sil as the new enforcer and protector of the venerated citizenry and traditions of this nation.
