The Royal Proclamation of Yemekar's Pick

-A dwarf in elegant royal clothing marked in the colors of the Kingdom of Urguan stands upon a stone podium in the grand halls of Kal'Azgoth. As Dwarves, Humans, Elves, and other races of the Kingdom of Urguan gather together to hear what the Dwarf has to say, he flips through papers readying what he is about to say-

"To tae citizens 'o Kal'Azgoth! I proclaim tae words 'o High King T'orin! Today marks a day where a 'onorable worthy dwarf 'ill enter tae garbs 'o royalty under tae Kings Cooncil! Thoak Gold'and, Clanfather 'o tae Gold'ands 'ill be takin' up a position t'at 'e has once 'eld beck in tae old days! A position of great power, and a position of great burden! I 'ave come to announce t'at Thoak Gold'and 'ill be tae new Yemekar's Pick! May his skills 'o leadership, management, and architecture lead us to great glory in tae years tae come! All hail tae Grand King! Glory be to tae Brathmordakin!"
