This fully depends on the application team, and when they are online, and when they decide to check the applications. Soon you will have your application reviewed, await your time. If there are many staff members from the United States, there will be more applications done in their general timezone, for example. I will retain the usual trend of saying patience is a virtue. But I think the application team should be dedicated to that only, instead of being dragged into other affairs, so they can review applications faster. The Application Team review applications on a volunteer basis, dragging them away from other 'affairs' would not be fair to them. They are not on the server to simply review applications.
