Current Age: 25

Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long):

Alex was born into an average family, his Father a farmer and
his mother a bartender at a tavern in Seventis. His father constantly beated
his mother when he got drunk off of the tavern kegs in the basement. Him and
his two brothers watched this daily, until the poisonous fog hit which killed
John, their youngest brother. His father was driven by grief and rage and in
madness, blamed his family for his loss. Alex watched this continue his whole
life until he was old enough to work the bar with his older brother, Kelly. One
day whilst his Father was beating his mother behind the storage doors. He snuck
into the storage and watched from behind a crate as his mother, the woman who
raised and protected him from the monster he called Dad, was slowly killed
infront of him.

Once his father was done, he stood up and looked over his wife's
body and cried, before taking a rope out of the box, tying a noose and hanging
himself from the ceiling. Sitting there crying, Alex thought of his future. His
father kept all their gold hidden, so their pub would go bankrupt without the
means to purchase more stock for their dwindling stores. Walking back out into
the bar, he retrieved his brother. Upon showing him the mess, Kelly got the
wrong idea and drew a shiv on Alex, believing it was him who did all this. He
threatened to kill him unless he didn't leave so Alex fled, to Arethor in
attempt to find a glimse of a possible future, looking for the slightest
oppourtunity of work.

become a Merchant, and open his own Tavern in Salvus, or join the

handy with a sword, but there have always been others who are better than him.
He also has a  knack for hiding objects
on his person.

muscley, but doesn't put much effort into his figure except for his aesthetical
appearance. He has brown hair and a neat beard. Alex also has many scars down
the side of his body, which he rarely shows. His moustache has a little twinge
and he prides himself on his facial hair after him and his brother always used
to be very competitive when it came to that.

Any other
details you wish to share about your character:
Very ambitious and he also wants to find his brother to try and become friends
again  after he was kicked out.

Open-Response-Questions

Each question in this section must be answered with a minimum of one paragraph which must
describe the event in full. Please be as descriptive as possible and do not break character or lore at any point.

____

1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a
dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s
palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what doyou do?

Answer: Alex looks on in deep thought as the figure approaches the
palace, and stops for a second. He quickly makes his way over to the guards at
a leisurely pace and quietly says: "I know of a murder that is about to be
committed, and can inform you for a price,"

The
guard grunts. “You’re not the first to say that to me. Piss off,” as he waved
Alex away.

“But
sir, this crime includes the emperor!” He fabricated. There was no way for him
to know whether it had anything to do with him or not, but the guard was surely
going to believe him.

At
the word emperor the guards ears pricked up and he looked at Alex. “What’s the
price?”

“250
minas, good guard.” He held his hand out to receive some coin.

The
guard frowned and furrowed his brow, trying to see if he was lying or not, but
gave in and handed Alex the gold without a word.

“That
way!!” Alex pointed up the road as the guards ran off in search of the man.

2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a
large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react?

Answer:Alex looks on as the bandits threaten the man, and hides behind
a large oak tree. He wonders what this old man may have done to deserve this,
before picking up some rocks and throwing them in some opposite bushes to
attempt to draw away the bandits notice for the old man before drawing his
longsword.

The
bandits drew their attention from the man and slowly crept towards the bush
which Alex had thrown the rocks into.

Whilst
the two men were distracted, Mr SIlvertroy ran at the men, swinging his
longsword towards the closest bandit.

The
bandit was caught by surprise and took the heavy blow to the chest, collapsing
on the floor with snapped ribs.

Alex
took this oppourtunity to whip out with a kick at the other bandit, following
up with a sword thrust.

The
other bandit bearly had time to turn before a longsword turned his windpipe red
and he fell on the floor dead.

The
old man clapped. “Bravo, bravo ser.”

“Thank
you, ser.” Alex continued through the forest, wiping his blade.

3. You are standing within the mighty human
capital when you notice a small man standing behind
a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggleand choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens).

Answer: Alex approaches the stall. "Friend, I see you have a
nice supply of pendants there which I will happily take off your hands in exchange
for this ruby," He retrieves a red coloured stone from him pocket which he
picked up off the Kingston road earlier. It's just a painted rock, unbeknowst
to the stallowner. He also saw a similar store buying pendants and jewlery just
around the corner, and was hoping to sell them on there.

The man replied, "Sir, I'm afraid I'll need more than a
ruby to persuade me. 50 coin should also do me nicely."

Mr Silvertroy replied, "Sir, this ruby is worth 100 coin
alone, this is a bargain for you as I cannot sell this on elsewhere as I am a
mere traveller." Alex placed the stone on the table, "Ruby or
nothing."

The stallowner fiddled with his attempt at a beard for a moment,
his piercing eyes staring at Alex, but Alex would not crack. "Fine, but
leave me this one necklace, I want it for me wife." He said, pointing to
an encrusted piece.

Alex nodded. "Good day, sir." He said, strolling off
round the corner to flog his new jewlery.
