Thoak Goldhand, Clan-Father of the Goldhand Clan, is seeking books and tomes for his personal library. History books are especially valued by the aged patriarch, no matter if they histories of single clans or the entire dwarven people. Another favorite are noble stories of heroism and greatness, tales of grand warriors and smiths, whether they be stretched truth or stone-hard fact.

 

Anyone with any books that may interest the Clan-Father should either see him personally, speak to his personal scholar, Dolgan Quartzbeard, or send a letter to the Goldhand Clan Hall. Compensation will be given depending on the book given, as length and rarity must be taken into consideration before a good estimate might be made for payment. 

 

Furthermore, if one does not wish to part with their book but still wants to make a few minas by adding the story to the Clan-Father's collection, then an arrangement can be made to have that book copied. Compensation may be lowered depending on the book and supplies available.
