it clearly has writing on it, though it appears to be written with some sort of brush and what appears to be blue paint it reads:

I would appreciate it If you could forge me a longsword with a very particular design to it. I would like it's crossguard to look like the upper halves of two serpents, with their heads going slightly upwards, but away from the blade, and the rest on a horizontal line. I would also like for the belly of the sepent to face upwards and likewise the bottom of the head facing the blade. I would also like for the pomel to be the tails of these two serpents wrapped around an emerald.The pommel and crossguard I would like to be made out of gold.The grip, I would like to be wrapped in green leather.I would pay 120 minas for such a weapon, and no less.
