Question About A Mod I've Seen

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but I've been seeing a mod where it shows the name of a persons character above their head and one that shows a speech bubble above them too I want to know where I can find these mods and if they work together.

The chat bubble mod is More Player Models/MPM. There might be another one that does it though, not sure.

 

No clue about the character name one, sorry.

I have the bubble one, it is MPM. I love it, very useful for identifying characters without checking character cards.
