If I have already been accepted and want to play a different in game character do i have to complete a new application or just erase the player card and make a new one?

You do not have to make another application. You can just erase the character card and play your new character if you wish.

All you need to do is make a new card /createcard or re-fill the one you currently have. No application needed.
