Missing Ships In Oren

Hello staff, I'm posting on behalf of the Kingdom of Oren's privy council. There are several ships missing from Abresi harbour in Oren, including but not limited to the HMS Godfrey and the Sealion. It is suspected that a sufficient crew was not gathered to take said ships, seeing as the combined crews necessary to man each ship would exceed 30 persons. Additionally, there was no permission given whatsoever for the theft of said ships, which violates the VA rules associated with theft of large objects or structures, for which ship theft is provided as an example. This was also a raid on the capital. If this could be cleared up, the ships returned, and the RP voided, that would be ideal.

I'd also like to add that the Godfrey is in the ocean, with Horen and the white rose leaving..

Its more the whereabouts of the Sea Lion honestly, that is an independent ship under me as the Grand Knight. It holds no loyalties to the admirals fleet and so thusly had no reason to be touched.

I'd just like to say that unless the ships were "stolen" while the new Privy Council of the Kingdom of Oren was in charge, the "culprit" does not need your permission to steal them. Of course, they'd still require the permission of whoever was in charge before just like the VA rules state it.

 

Also, without any proof in form of screenshots whatsoever showing that the "culprit(s)" did not have enough players to man each ship, not much can be done. Right now, this seems like a baseless claim. Is there even a suspected culprit and if so, were they asked about the event(s)? Information like this would help next time.

Lym they vanished last night if it was before we were in charge we would have asked earlier not to mention two of the ships the snap dragon and the Godfrey weren't even in the capital and are out on mission ask jtucker for information

The sealion has been moved to vaerhaven, as it is owned by the remnants of the teutonic order, according to the edict of reinstatement. Some of the higher ups in the Order moved their ship away from oren.

If you ask mogroka, Tornado, or kyle (who was in charge of the lion chapter when the TO was disbanded) they will all say that the boat was TO property and taken as part of the edict of disbandment. Thus, the boat was then given to the TO again with the reinstatement edict, and is ours to do whatever we want it. This includes moving it to any port in the world.

Once tornado went into power, ballnazor, you were no where to be found. I dont understand how you can say you were next in command when you were hardly at castle greywynn. Also, The remaining TO members who were actually staying on the server have been gathered OOC'ly since tornado tried to royally screw us.
