Charles_Grimlie 1072 Share Posted July 23, 2013 *A letter is sent to all nobility of the realm of Salvus, bearing the mark of the Grand Marshall along with his signiture, it reads as followed.* The Kingdom of Salvus along with the other holds is to send the names of the military leaders within the realm as well as their ruling regent, failure to do so will lead to some form of punishment. This is a notice to all Kingdoms and holds that the Dwarvish Kingdom shall be implementing the Legion structure in order to form a proper military to oppose the new northern threat as well as any future threats. You may communicate with them for military organizational needs.
