Ye must make tah proper steps an get tah approval ove tah proper folks fer yer group tah be recognized, not before f'en." Walks away with the two Salvian Legionnaires to either side of him. Spitting to the side as he dismisses them to resume there business at the Citadel. His parting statement to them being.
