Aengoth stands before one of the posters in Salvus, with two Salvian Legionnaires off to either side of him. Any of those who would be near would hear his voice, and those who would see him would see how aggravated and annoyed he is.

"Let it be known, not une ove f'ose who join f'is militia will be recognized as Salvian soldiers. You'll not be welcomed tuu join a battle er practise ove tah Salvian Legion. An' f'is promise ove free 'ousin' will not be up'eld by ANY official ove Salvus."

With a gesture the two Salvian Legionnaires rip down the Poster behind him.

"If une would seek tah make anof'er militareh group wif'in Salvus, let it be known ye cannot jus' make it as ye damn well please. Ye must make tah proper steps an get tah approval ove tah proper folks fer yer group tah be recognized, not before f'en."

Walks away with the two Salvian Legionnaires to either side of him. Spitting to the side as he dismisses them to resume there business at the Citadel. His parting statement to them being.

"Muc' 'preciated lads, I'oim gunnae foind f'at stupid Ironbeard an knock sum sense intah 'im."
