Re-Adding Shops!

Shops are back!

We have heard your pleas and during the GM meeting Telanir presented us with this choice for a shop plugin.

 

This plugin will be temporary until Nexus arrives but if this plugin breaks chests just become normal chests and items wont be lost! You will also be given notice before any shop changes are made.

 

The shops will be a gold VIP perk (and up), as they normally are. Due to the restrictions on the plugin - Gold, Diamond and Bedrock VIP are granted a max of 6 shops and Ender and Aether VIP being unlimited. 

 

Im sorry, but at this time we are not refunding items from the last plugin. 

 

So without further ado presenting....

Signshop!

 

This painfully easy to use plugin not only allows you to sell items to players but buy them too! Chests and signs don't have to be near each other allowing for a "Store front" and "Storage room". This will also add something to villain rp as you have to get to the store room to steal! ;)

 

CUSTOM ITEMS DO NOT WORK WITH THIS PLUGIN!

This includes named items, books and brews!

 

To sell items to other players

• First off place a sign anywhere. The format should look like this:

(amount)

 

• Second, Place your chest anywhere. Within the chest place the amount you wish to sell at one time. (1 ingot, 3 feathers, 64 arrows ect.)
• Third, with redstone in your hand punch (left click) the chest then the corresponding sign. If all has worked properly the [buy] should turn blue and you can stock the chest with as many items as it can hold!
• Profit.

 

To Buy items from other players

• First off place a sign anywhere. The format should look like this:

• Second, Place your chest anywhere. Within the chest place the amount you wish to buy at one time. (1 ingot, 3 feathers, 64 arrows ect.)
• Third, with redstone in your hand punch (left click) the chest then the corresponding sign. If all has worked properly the [sell] should turn blue and the chest is ready to buy items! You can remove the items you used to set up the buy shop. 
• MOAR STUFF!

FAQ

I will add to this as questions are asked :D

 

• My [buy] turned red! Whats up with that?

This means your shop is out of items! Restock!

 

• I don't have redstone to set up my chests! What do?

Please make a Modreq or PM a GM and they will give you one piece of redstone to use. (You'll only ever need one)

• Can I steal from shop chests?

Yes, with the proper VA you can steal from shop chests.

You can steal from shops, but you must account for the NPC. Usually a GM will RP the shopkeeper during the theft.
