Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?:

- I have, but on different games such as GW2 or in the ES series. I have to admit

that my roleplaying experience that is this serious and on minecraft is
minimal. However I understand the aim of this server and I am ready to respect
it and adapt.

Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: 

- As I have said, I have not roleplayed on minecraft before.

- No.

 

 

How did you hear about us?: 

- A friend with whom I plan to play on this server told me about it. He got it from a minecraft server list.

What do you think the server will be like? 

– I'm hoping that it will be a serious server where the roleplay is respected and not something just “formal“.

With that I mean that players will stick to it and wont go about making giant
redstone machines, modern structures etc. I expect a nice theme going on with not
a lot of deviation from it.

- I have.

What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: 

- Make sure you don't break any of the server's lore - it's there for a reason!

I find this my favorite rule as it keeps the RPG standards high, just as I like it.

- Roleplaying is acting as a fictional character.

What’s metagaming?: 

- Using OOC information that your character wouldn't be able to acquire on its own (whilst IC) following the roleplaying rules.

 

What’s powergaming?: 

- Powergaming is playing in a "godlike" kind of a way. Acting overpowered without weaknesses effectively ruining the experience of others, by not giving them the a proper RP.

How old are they?: - 21

 

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: 

- Carolus was abandoned by his real parents soon after his birth, but was found and adopted by an old man who treated him as his own son. His childhood was rough, living in a shack in a forest near Ildicia,with the old man. There he learned a lot about survival skills and he got basic education but he didn't know much about the "outside" world, nor did he know how to socialize well because he rarely saw anyone traveling trough the woods.

A couple of months ago the old man died of age, leaving Carolus alone in mourning.

Now after some time has passed, he realized that nothing is holding him back to this place anymore. And he decided that he should expand his horizons and explore the world.

What are they like (personality)?: 

- He doesn't really open himself much to strangers. His trust and friendship is hard to gain, but if you do gain it he honors those values and will be loyal and protective towards you. 

What are their ambitions?: 

- To explore the world and find a place to settle in and call it home, to make something out of himself.

Do they have any special skills?: 

- Carolus is skilled with a bow as he often needed to hunt for food. He also has good survival skills and can find his way around more easily in the wilds.

What are their weaknesses?:

- He has trust issues, and doesn't really like being around people he doesn't know.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?:

- He has brown hair, blue eyes and a scar on his forehead that he got whilst hunting.
