CalinderTheSly 2 Share Posted August 17, 2011 *Angrily marches up to thedangerdan* you disgust me! The undead cannot be bought, bargined or treated with-only an incompatant would belive otherwise. I do not know whether you are an idiot or a traitor. This path can only lead to two things, destruction or corruption. The undead themselves laugh at you for beliving this, they themselves deny its existance-THERE IS NO TREATY! You call us-who dont belive in this-war thirsty brutes? We are no such thing. We know that the undead only seek to turn our glorious country into a smoking ruin, a perverse form of their home! Your eyes may be closed but i, and many i know, will keep ours open. We will be watching you...we fear you are tainted... WE.ARE.WATCHING... *Spit at feet and march off in anger*
Dancham 12 Author Share Posted August 17, 2011 As I have said, I would like to see where exactly this leads to, I am no ally, I have lead quite a few attacks on them my self, now I am thinking about calling the treaty off. Its just that the councillor spoke different to the others, he said he was sick of us attacking them, and he would like that to stop. I questioned him about many things, such as how he can kill so many men under one strike, and now he asks for a treaty with me. He tried to destroy my town, now he asks for a treaty, he destroyed snowy fields, and now asks for a treaty, I thought it does not add up correctly. I am no fool, nor a traitor, a treaty is a treaty, making an alliance however, is different.
Ilsyde 0 Share Posted August 17, 2011 *clears throat* Ahem... not many of you seem to recognize the tactical advantages of this treaty. Most of Oren's available soldiers are currently stationed in and around Alstion, including representatives from other races' warrior guilds. This treaty assures the undead that their forts and bases won't get attacked by these armies and at the very same time, they can concentrate on invading any other town or city in Aegis with full force, since resistance will be limited or even crippled depending on where they strike next. *in a sarcastic tone* Well done! Even if they did strike any other town, they would be left vulnerable to us, we will stop them if they decide to attack any where. Their fort will be left unattended and we could easily get in, simple as. The councillor himself is a fool too, we could easily take their fort now. But do not think we will not be keeping a close eye on them, we do not let them in my town at all, we speak to them outside the gate. We almost purged the councillor when he came into my town. I will just scrap the treaty if the councillor does not bring the materials.

You don't seem to notice the advantages we get to we can build up on our defences , and if they stay true to their word get items we can use for us
Ilsyde 0 Share Posted August 17, 2011 Yeees... As a former Snowy Fields resident, things like "we can build up our defences" or "we could attack their fort" sound awfully familiar. Whatever happens, I wish you good luck.
