Undead peace treaty

I have made a peace treaty with the undead. We are not to attack them under any circumstances, and they will not either. This treaty only counts for the northern parts of Oren, such as Alstion and any other towns. I have not made allies with the undead, you would be a fool to think so for what they have done. The Councillor has made a deal with me, we are not to attack them, jail them or even hurt them in any way, that was my deal with them. I have also, demanded a deal, that they bring a number of materials for us, such as the following: Iron ingots (in stacks), iron swords, diamonds, gold (optional) and as much cobble they can give. If they do not deliver the requirements, the treaty is over, and I should think so with their deal too.

We did not call for this treaty, their Councillor came to us, Alstion, to speak of the treaty with me.

What of the plethora of independent swords flocking to the North to fight the undead? We have no authority over them and surely they will continue to attack the undead. I don't see this armistice holding for very long, we'll be ready in case it falls apart.

And what of scouting? I will on occasion come into view of the keep just to keep tabs on any large movements. I have no intention of attacking but it can be interpreted as a hostile act.

I believe only the King of Oren can make or break a peace treaty with a warring entity. You're of course allowed to govern Alstion's foreign affairs policies though.

If it does not breath, I believe it is already dead.

And we now believe this to be a peace treaty from someone speaking out of place, and the treaty was between ALSTION and the undead only. We violate no treaty unless someone else spills their honor first.
