I assure you, we do not trust them, we just value peace over war, unlike some brutes.

If you think we let our guard down even for a moment then you're a fool. Announcing the terms of a treaty and expecting the undead to stay true to their word are not the same thing. Not even close.

It seems like they are lying , i will stop attacking them though but we should carry on making defences

You fools! We tried to make peace treaties with the undead that involved us helping them and giving them stuff and they declined. Then you think they are telling the truth when they offer peace and freaking diamonds! They are winning the war so why would they start giving you stuff? Even if the undead made a peace treaty with you then it would be you giving them diamonds not the other way round! Now Alstion is doomed. When we attack the undead we delay their developments but not since you aren't attacking them they can more easily recruit new members and they can build all sorts of tunnels and things like that to sneak into Alstion. They are liars, don't trust their "treaty".

((There is a rule that a town has to have one of it's lords on if the undead attack. So you guys broke the rules))

((They weren't moving when we were attacked the first few times. They were asleep so the undead broke the rules. And they can attack you because now Grimbeard is your temporary leader.

The reason me and my friends, 'The Hooded' killed Malstar whilst he was leaving Alstion is because we know you cannot trust the undead we've seen there arts of deception destroy too many towns and it will stop, you leave the fate of the people to the people, are we will take decisions into our own hands, people of Alstion, we fight for you, and everything we did that night was for the people and security of Oren, can you not see that now? Can you not see why the people should not have a say in the matters in which there lives depend on? I truly hope so, if not, Alstion, i believe you to be already lost.

I am not to end this treaty, the councillor came to me for the treaty, we did not go to them. The other undead you hear are much but fools. If they attack, or hurt just ONE man of Alstion, we end the treaty, and go to attack them, its as simple as. We do not fear them.

I must thank you for being a protector of Alstion, though I would like to see where exactly this treaty will lead to. The councillor had spoken to the sage about making this treaty, and he spoke wisdom from under his hood and nothing of a fool.

If you truly thank the Hooded, you will have your men remove my men from the jail cells, as now you can see we had good reason.
