    All land will remain the origonal owners unless the council votes it out

     The recognized kings of Telemar include King Tarniz of Millitary power, and King Maxwell of Politicial power.

     Telemar is currently under no vassel, an independent kingdom.

     Reguarding punishments, they vary from a warning, to exicution determined by the Lord High Guards, court, or the millitary king. Sometimes even the Political king.

 

                                                        V

          Telemar is recognized to have currently no allies.

 

                                                        VI

    Slaving shall be aloud, but nobility and residence of Telemar may not be inslaved.

                                                        VII
   Claiming of the throne is not permitted, and will result in exicution, and unrecognization of the house.
