It is clear the flames must be rekindled and the preachings of the Rhun spread once more. Urguan is in what can only be described as moral decay. The Brathmordakin are openly mocked by Dwedmar in the streets, false Gods are worshipped, and heresy not seen since the Age of Blood is openly practiced. Grelu, The High Preceptor, has claimed to be a shaman and has chosen to worship the spirits. There are no Gods but the Brathmordakin! They are not distant idols but living truth. They do not whisper for half-hearted praise. They demand worship! We must redeem ourselves together in following the Rhun. Cast away these false beliefs and pretender gods. Together we must reform the clergy into its former might and worship the works of the Worldmaker. I call all Dwedmar from Urguan and the furthest reaches of the realm to gather in the smouldering forges of the Capital. We will discuss the current religious affairs of Urguan and induct new members. Aswell there will be a smithing contest with the reward being a special prize in order to celebrate the Supreme Craftsmanship of the Dwedmar. Its been five for me as well damn. Do you ever regret spending so much time on the server?

This isn't really a criticism of this plug in specifically, rather the direction Tech Team and the Admin Team have gone with the plug ins of LOTC. The plug ins that have been released have felt like a patchwork of vastly different projects shoved onto the server instead of a cohesive system. The game design of the server has suffered because of it or lack there of. Gathering Netherite or Iron requires simply afking and waiting instead of making the player actively play. While stargazing was interesting, it served no purpose. Fishing on the other hand does have unique item drops. Yet again they can not be used for crafting or anything really. While many on the server scoff at the idea of professions plug ins, it's something the server needs. We are on Minecraft, we should use the medium to its fullest extent. There should be profession levels, stages of pvp gear, and plug ins that are cohesive with the rest of the server. For the longevity of the server it should have these functions. If you dislike the idea of grinding a profession. You dont have too. That's the great thing about LOTC, you can chose what you want to do on the server and how you want to progress your story. A solid professions plug in is what the server is missing and it boggles my mind that with the 195 days since the announcement of 10.0, there was no plan to do any big pug ins systems, changes to the economy, or anything. The goal for the server should be to allow for players to have fun and have longevity which this does both.

Yeah but the other admins weren't the ones putting out the tech roadmap on the public forums. How is the average player supposed to know who votes for what in admin meetings? The point I am trying to get across is that it honestly seems like a waste of time and resources making those plug ins. If players want custom farm items they can just use /edit. Honestly I would really enjoy seeing professions on the server similar to the one found on FRP. However, if that's completely out of the question why not just work on optimizing the war server or quality of life plug ins like the /edit gui.

I feel like these plug ins (fishing and star gazing) are fun for a week or two after release and then fade into irrelevancy. They dont really provide much function beyond dropping items with descriptions which is cool for a short amount of time. LOTC feels more like a patchwork of one off projects then a cohesive system. I think it would be nice if these plug ins contributed to crafting mechanical stuff like armor, weapons, and actually work together.
