We had just played together for the first time last week. I can't say I really knew him like the many of you, however, upon our first adventure, I knew that he was a funny guy and someone I would had continued playing with. I'am sad that his life was taken far too soon. May thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family and friends. Rest in peace.

gym THE SECOND DAWN OF DUNGRIMM'S GYM
DancingZebra267 replied to The Tough Guy's topic in Dwarven Realms & Culture
Rhorgvar, the bodybuilder of Urguan, swaggered into the gym, the ground practically shaking with each step of his massive frame. With one hand, he casually lifted a heavy barbell, in his other hand, a large tankard of ale sloshed around as he chugged it down, the foam barely staying in place. "Ah, nuthin' like a bit o' iron an' ale to build up deh strength of a true dwed," he boomed, his deep voice echoing through the gym. "Wot good's a hammer if yer arms ain't as strong as steel?" With a hearty laugh, Rhorgvar slammed the tankard down, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand before going back to lifting weights with ease. -
Rhorgvar would stare coldly at the heretical message, his fingers tightening around the hilt of his Warhammer. His blue eyes would narrow in fury, the anger rising like a furnace deep within him. With a growl, he muttered under his breath, "Blasphemeh." He'd slam his fist onto a nearby table, causing the wood to groan under the impact. "Aye, dese words are naught buht lies. 'eresy, straigit frum de belleh uv ah snake!" His voice would carry, booming across the room as he addressed the few who dared listen. "Tuh t'ink dat our Gods are naug't buht masks, worn by dose w'o onleh wis' tuh deceive us? Yemekar, w'o forged us frum de vereh stone weh are made uv, ain't some figment uv imagination, nae! De Brathmordakin are real, and deir power runs deep wifin de veins uv evereh true Dwedmar." He'd take a step forward, glaring fiercely at anyone who might dare to side with the heretic. "Weh are sons and daughters uv Urguan, born uv stone and fire! Our fait' is carved ento our vereh bones, and weh will not beh swayed by dese false teac'ings." A deep breath would follow, and he’d continue, his tone softer but filled with conviction. "Grimdugan, Ogradhad, Dungrimm, Belka… dey're as real as de anvil I forge meh weapons on. Yemekar, de Maker uv all Dwedmar, will neveh leave us. Our souls go tuh de Auction, and we will meet our gods in de aftehloife. Dis is our legacy, and none will take dat frum us." He’d lift his Warhammer with a defiant roar, his voice rising in power. "Anehone w'o spreads suc' lies will know de wrat' uv de dwedmar kind. De Brathmordakin will not beh mocked, and weh will stand strong, unoited as eveh!" Rhorgvar’s words would ring with the authority and passion of a true believer, shaking the foundations of those who dared to question the gods. "Dis 'eretic’s words may sow doubt in de weak, but dey will neveh break de fait' uv Urguan’s children!"

Vincenzo read the missive with a furrowed brow, his expression a mix of disappointment, relief, and growing suspicion. He set the letter down carefully, exhaling deeply as he gathered his thoughts before speaking. "So, it is true," he began, his tone measured but heavy with the weight of realization. "Vindicus—once a man of supposed standing among the people of Gottenthal—was a necromancer after all. Though the truth cuts deep, I am relieved to see that the Justice of GOD has prevailed, and his heresy has been dealt with." He paused, his gaze shifting to those around him, his tone softening slightly. "The people of Gottenthal, steadfast in their faith, deserve better. They are Lucienists, loyal to the true faith, and their trust must not be betrayed again. It is for them that we must remain vigilant." Vincenzo’s expression hardened slightly as he continued, his suspicion evident. "Yet this Lord Lamention concerns me. A man I have never met, named heir by the will of a proven heretic. Can such a man be trusted? Does his appointment come with strings attached, ties to Vindicus’s dark deeds? These are questions that cannot be ignored." He straightened, his voice resolute. "I will not cast judgment prematurely, but neither will I turn a blind eye. If Lord Lamention is to govern Gottenthal, he must prove himself worthy of the trust of its people and the blessings of GOD. Until such proof is clear, he shall be watched closely. The people of Gottenthal deserve no less." With that, Vincenzo folded the missive, his gaze steeling as he turned to address his brothers. "We move forward with vigilance. Justice has been served, but our duty to protect the faithful is never finished."

ℑ𝔫𝔠𝔦𝔡𝔢𝔫𝔱 ℜ𝔢𝔭𝔬𝔯𝔱: 𝔗𝔥𝔢 𝔈𝔩𝔳𝔢𝔫 𝔉𝔲𝔤𝔦𝔱𝔦𝔳𝔢’𝔰 𝔇𝔢𝔪𝔦𝔰𝔢 Date: 13th of Snow's Maiden, 2005. To the Faithful of Canondom and Beyond, Today, GOD's holy grounds bore witness to a grim yet necessary act of justice. An elf, a known fugitive of Numendil, trespassed upon our lands. This was no ordinary trespasser, but one reported to have attempted an attack on our esteemed Chapter Prior, Father John. A grave affront to the clergy and to the sanctity of GOD’s servants. Upon sighting this fugitive, the brothers of the Order of the Grail, ever vigilant in their duty to uphold GOD’s justice, approached with clear intent: to detain her and bring her to repentance for her grievous actions. However, instead of submitting to judgment, the elf, marked with the stain of Elvendom’s pride and sin, chose to resist, defying all calls for humility and penance. The elf was confronted and ordered to submit peacefully, but she responded with defiance and hostility, attempting to flee justice. When restrained, she sought to use deceit and aggression to evade accountability, spitting blasphemy and raising her antlers—a clear sign of her corrupted nature—as weapons against the faithful. Despite repeated warnings, she continued to resist, even physically assaulting members of the Order, including myself, Brother Raullin, and Brother Renwick. In her final act of defiance, she lashed out once more, refusing to acknowledge her transgressions or submit to GOD's will. In accordance with Canon Law and the will of the Almighty, I was left with no choice but to administer GOD's justice. With a swift and righteous strike, the elf’s sinful life was brought to its end. Her body, deemed a mark of blasphemy, was consigned to the purifying flames, ensuring her corruption could no longer linger among GOD's creation. Let this serve as a message to all who would dare to defy the Holy Church, assault its servants, and tread upon the Holy soil of Canondom. There is no sanctuary for the unrepentant, no escape from the judgment of GOD. The Order of the Grail remains steadfast in its mission to protect the faithful, uphold Canon Law, and defend the Church from all who would threaten its sanctity. We act not out of malice but out of our unwavering duty to GOD. The light of the Almighty shall always prevail over the shadows of sin. Deus Magnus. Signed, Brother Vincenzo Chaptermaster of The Order of the Grail

Vincenzo would scoff after reading the missive, his expression hardening with disdain. "The arrogance of those who hide behind their walls, spinning lies to shield their shame," he muttered, shaking his head. "Is it cowardice or delusion to claim victory when their so-called commanders did naught but cower in barracks like frightened children?"

LORELEI THE ADULTERESS
DancingZebra267 replied to HeyitsNano's topic in The Church of the True Faith
Vincenzo read the letter carefully, his grip tightening as he finished. His voice rose, steady yet seething with zeal. "Lorelei has not only betrayed her family and people—she has betrayed GOD Himself. Adultery, rebellion, and the slaughter of innocents are not mere sins but abominations against GOD's order. Such wickedness cannot go unanswered. She mocks the sacred bond of marriage, the nobility of her house, and the virtue of our faith. Her path is one of Iblees, and she must answer to GOD's justice. The Order of the Grail stands ready to see her brought low, for no betrayer, no slayer of children, shall escape the Almighty's light." Tracing the Lorraine, he ended firmly: "DEUS MAGNUS." -
✠ 𝔄𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔰 𝔬𝔣 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔄𝔷𝔡𝔯𝔞𝔷𝔦, 𝔐𝔦𝔰𝔱 𝔬𝔣 𝔅𝔢𝔱𝔯𝔞𝔶𝔞𝔩 ✠ Date: 18th of Sun's Smile, 1998 The Order of the Grail embarked on a holy mission from the Papal State, traveling far and wide to bring the misguided back to GOD’s light. As we journeyed near the kingdom of Haense, we came upon a redheaded elven woman. We questioned her faith, but soon after, a cavalry of elves arrived, making false accusations against us, ignorant of our true intentions. In the midst of our questioning, the elf revealed her true nature: she was one of the Azdrazi, a foul servant of Azdromoth, tainted by sin. Without hesitation, we drew our weapons to strike down this abomination. Though the cavalry attempted to protect her, we knew the truth, there can be no innocence in one who serves the forces of darkness. We fought fiercely, and in the end, the Azdrazi was slain, turning to ash, as is the fate of all such filth. However, amidst this battle, a deeper treachery was revealed. Evaristus, a soldier of the Holy Army of the Exalted, was found to be wielding Mysticism, producing ectoplasm, a forbidden magic that corrupts the soul. Initially, we intended to bring him back to the Holy See and place him within the faith camp, where he might humble himself before GOD. But upon realizing that his magic was Mysticism, we knew that like warlocks, those who wield such cursed powers cannot simply humble themselves and repent while still holding that dark magic. The temptation to use it remains, and so too does the stain on their soul. His fate was sealed: he had to face GOD’s justice. Upon hearing of his inevitable judgment, Evaristus reacted with fear and defiance. Refusing to repent, he mounted his horse and fled, choosing cowardice over redemption. He abandoned his faith and escaped into the night, knowing the Church’s hand would soon fall upon him. Let this be a warning to those who know of Evaristus, once known as Asbjorn: he is a man marked by corruption, a betrayer of the Church and a wielder of forbidden magic. He is not to be trusted, and those who harbor him will face the full wrath of GOD’s judgment. We urge all faithful to remain vigilant, if you see him, report his presence, for justice will find him, as it finds all who defy the will of GOD. Brother Vincenzo

PAUPERES COMMILITONES HORENI ET SANCTUS LUCIANUS The Order of the Grail of Saint Lucien, Soldiers of GOD The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Horen and of the Temple of Ard'Karden Rejoice, follower of the Great Creator, for in time, your unwavering loyalty shall be rewarded. Sworn to protect the sacred Grail of Saint Lucien, we stand as an unyielding bastion of righteousness and the sword of GOD’s justice. Rooted in tradition, strengthened by faith, and guided by the teachings of Saint Lucien of Savoie, we rise to defend the faithful and uphold the light of truth and virtue. HISTORY // HISTORIA The Vandorian Order (1437-1447) In the turbulent post-Exodus age, the decaying remnants of the Holy Orenian Empire and the Church of the True Faith faced new and perilous challenges. Once-peaceful lands fell prey to roaming bands of lawless marauders, eager to plunder any wealth that remained after years of ceaseless factional warfare. Abresi, a former beacon of Human aristocracy and power, crumbled into a den of vice and sin. Where order once reigned, petty gangs now brazenly roamed the streets, even daring to rob the High Pontiff himself. Neither church nor clergyman were spared from these hostilities, with thieves only staying their hand for the promise of precious tithes. Fed up with the assaults on those who sought peace, Lucien II sent out a call to all devout men willing to take up arms in the name of the Cross. Though the majority of the Order of the White Rose had departed with Emperor Horen V for the mythical lands of Aeldin, a small group remained behind in an unsuccessful effort to defend their fortress of Ard’Kerrack in the heartland of Kaedrin. After being driven out by a coalition of Raevir, Flay, and dwarf-backed Adunians, these veterans found themselves aimless and destitute on the streets of Abresi. Among them, Jack Rovin, a former man-at-arms of the White Rose, founded a mercenary band with his son, Voron Rovin, and a displaced Adunian noble, Rymuel Elendil. Originally performing minor contracts, the group gained fame by helping defend Shadowcastle in 1439. Their valor caught the attention of Lucien II, whom they saved from a group of marauding bandits. Grateful for their intervention, Lucien II invited them to serve the Church as holy warriors, defenders of both the sword and the cross. Though hesitant at first, the men eventually agreed, recognizing a higher calling in service of the divine. In 1447, they established the Order of Saint Lucien, naming Lucien I, Velwyn Ashford, as their patron saint. In homage to their lost home of Ard’Kerrack, they built their new fortress in the mountains of Eastmarch, naming it the Temple of Ard’Krallachh. Thus began the legacy of the Order of Saint Lucien. The First Order of Saint Lucien (1447-1460) The Order soon swelled in numbers, with penitents from across the land seeking to join its ranks in hopes of absolution and the promise of salvation in the Seven Skies. Their burgeoning influence drew the ire of local nobles and rival factions, most notably the Decterum, the official military force of Oren, which viewed the Lucienists as rivals. Despite these tensions, the Lucienists remained in good standing with King Heinrich ‘the Bastard,’ avoiding outright conflict with his forces. However, clashes between the authority of the Church and the ambitions of local lords continued to grow. Even as tensions simmered at home, the Order of Saint Lucien found success abroad, particularly in aiding King Heinrich’s campaign against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. Their expertise in siege warfare, a skill long forgotten since the Exodus, proved invaluable in the expulsion of the Urguanite invaders. The Order's martial prowess did not stop at the battlefield; they led inquisitions against cultists and heretics in New Malinor, where they revived the old practice of taking trophies from fallen Elven enemies. Rumors of a genocide strained relations with the Elves, but the Order pressed on, unyielding in their mission to purge Iblees’ followers from the land. The Order’s strength grew further when they established a new bailiwick near the ruins of Ard’Kerrack, expanding their reach across the kingdom. But their rise to power also sowed resentment among the local Raev population, leading to a series of conflicts known as the Raev-Lucienist War. Internal struggles escalated when High Pontiff Lucien II was poisoned, with whispers accusing Grand Master Jack Rovin of complicity in the assassination. This internal strife, however, was put on hold as the greater threat of war with the Urguanite alliance loomed once more. Despite their internal and external struggles, the Lucienists endured, holding firm in their defense of the Faith. With every victory, the Order of Saint Lucien solidified its place as one of the most formidable forces in post-Exodus Oren, its legacy forever entwined with the turbulent history of the realm." The Second Order of Saint Lucien (1521-1526) The fall of the original Order of Saint Lucien, combined with the political and military upheavals following the Schism War and the destruction of Vanderfell in 1491, left the Lucienist tradition seemingly buried in the ashes of history. However, the ideals of the Order lived on in the hearts of a few survivors and devout followers who longed for a return to the days when faith and martial discipline walked hand-in-hand. Among them was Baudric Rovin, a distant descendant of the original Lucienist Grand Master, Jack Rovin. Disguised as a simple monk, Baudric traveled across the Isles of Vailor, gathering a group of men loyal to the ideals of Saint Lucien and the Vander traditions. His pilgrimage led him to the faraway Caliphate of Khalestine, where many former Lucienists had sought refuge after being declared traitors by the reformed Kingdom of Oren under King Andrik Vydra. In Khalestine, Baudric found both old Lucienist allies and a new Qalasheen populace ready to embrace the holy brotherhood. Among his recruits were Adil the Eagle-Eyed, and Nafis Yar, the Qalasheen bastard son of one of Ser Raigeki’s descendants, a key figure in Lucienist history. Unlike its predecessor, the Second Order of Saint Lucien allowed the initiation of women, and Aisha became the first female sister of the Order. Baudric officially declared the reformation of the Order in a secret ceremony in Khalestine’s Bailiwick, generously donated to the Lucienists by Caliph Faiz Kharadeen. Here, Baudric was crowned Grand Master of the revived Order of Saint Lucien and knighted Nafis Yar as Grand Commander, alongside Peter Rovin and Darius de Denesle. The Second Order's emergence was timely. In 1520, the Dukes’ War erupted between the Ashford-controlled Kingdom of Oren and a coalition of powerful duchies. Seizing the moment, Baudric led his Lucienist knights into the Battle of the Forest, disguised as monks while blessing the loyalist forces under King Olivier. At the height of the battle, the Lucienists revealed themselves and charged into the fray, leading to a decisive victory over the Ducal Coalition. This victory won the Lucienists both glory and renewed favor with the High Pontiff Daniel II, who had long been an ally of Baudric during his priesthood. With their reputation restored, the Lucienists participated in further campaigns, including the Siege of Barrowyck in 1521, which saw the downfall of the Ducal Coalition. However, despite their military success, the Order’s existence remained precarious. The Church of Canon had outlawed the reformation of the Order following the disbandment of the first Lucienists, and though High Pontiff Daniel II accepted their protection, the Lucienists' presence drew ire from certain factions within the Church. Nonetheless, the Lucienists refrained from looting the captured city of Brelus and returned to their base in Ard Ghorrock to focus on purging Khalestine of its cultist infestation. The Second Order of Saint Lucien ended in 1526, with its disbandment following a series of internal and external pressures. Although short-lived, the reformation left a lasting impact, with its traditions surviving through the Qalasheen and Vander cultures in Khalestine. The Third Order of Saint Lucien (1654-1665) The Third reformation of the Order of Saint Lucien was sparked by a chance encounter. In 1654, Robert Rovin, a descendant of the Rovin line and a wandering holy knight, entered Adelsburg while wearing the long-forgotten tabard of the Lucienists. Despite it being over a century since the Order's disbandment, Robert sought to revive its legacy. His chance came when he crossed paths with High Pontiff Everard IV during a wedding in Santegia. In the midst of the ceremony, Santegian terrorists launched a brutal attack on the High Pontiff, but Robert courageously intervened, rescuing the Pontiff and buying enough time for his escape. When asked what reward he sought for his heroic actions, Robert declined any offers of wealth or titles, humbly requesting instead to be ordained as a priest. Impressed by Robert’s piety and courage, Everard IV granted his request, sending Robert on a three-year journey to spread the Canonist faith. During this time, the Holy Orenian Empire was embroiled in a civil war in Urguan, and Canonists were being openly persecuted in Adelsburg by heretics and raiders. Upon completing his pilgrimage, Robert returned to Everard IV with a solemn report: a church militant was desperately needed to defend the faithful. Robert offered to reform the Order of Saint Lucien, gathering his small band of followers to serve as holy warriors under the Church of Canon. The High Pontiff agreed, and in 1654, the Third Order of Saint Lucien was officially reborn. The Lucienists quickly established their new headquarters in Rhodesia, formerly known as Metz, where they constructed Kaer’Rosencrantz, their new fortress. The Lucienists wasted no time proving their worth. Shortly after their reformation, the Order found itself embroiled in the undead invasion that had plagued the Isles of Axios. The Lucienists fought valiantly, retaking the township of Ratville after it fell to the undead forces. However, their victory was short-lived. A deadly substance known as thanhium began to spread across Rhodesia, freezing the surrounding lake and threatening all life in the area. Realizing the severity of the threat, the Lucienists made the difficult decision to euthanize their dying livestock and evacuate the island, fleeing alongside other descendants to the Cloud Temple to escape the creeping spread of thanhium. Despite the setback, the Lucienists persevered. Upon arriving on the continent of Atlas, Grand Master Robert Rovin stepped down from leadership, passing the mantle to Ser Rakim Yar, the son of Nafis Yar. Under Rakim’s leadership, the Third Order of Saint Lucien grew in strength, recruiting veterans from the Kingdom of the Westerlands who brought valuable knowledge of combating the undead. The Order quickly gained a reputation as one of the most formidable forces on Atlas, continuing the fight against the non-human threats that emerged from the ruins of Urguan and Mordring’s undead forces. However, the Lucienists' resurgence was cut short by political strife. In 1665, Emperor John VI of Oren was killed in a coup orchestrated by his distant cousin, Canonius Horen, leading to the dissolution of the Holy Orenian Empire. In the ensuing chaos, the Lucienists found themselves caught in the crossfire of civil war. Their efforts to restore order and protect the faithful were met with resistance, and ultimately, the Order was disbanded once more after the death of Grand Master Rakim Yar. Though the Third Order of Saint Lucien had fought bravely against the forces of darkness and chaos, their legacy was once again confined to the annals of history, awaiting the day it might rise again. The Order of the Grail (1998 - Present) Though the Order of Saint Lucien may never fully reform, a new chapter has risen in the wake of the Robertsine Crusades, carrying forth the revered legacy of the Lucienists. This chapter house, the Order of the Grail, has proven its might in the holy wars against the infidels and now bears a sacred duty: to protect the Grail of Saint Lucien, bestowed upon High Priest Ro'eh Tzon, and to safeguard the faithful of GOD. In the midst of the Grand Schismatic War of 2020, also known as the War of Crown and Crozier. The Order of the Grail of Saint Lucien stood as one amidst chaos. Sworn to the defense of the Pontifical States and the safeguarding of the Holy Grail of Saint Lucien, the Order marched alongside the soldiers of the Holy League into battle after battle. Battle of Lesanov Circa: 14th of the Grand Harvest, 2020 The brothers of the Grail took part in the assault upon the Haenseti palace of Lesanov within their capital of New Valdev. There, amidst stone walls and the clash of steel, the Order fought with righteous zeal, helping secure a swift Holy League victory and striking at the heart of the Haenseti power. Battle of Kretzen Circa: 11th of the Sun's Smile, 2020 When the Holy League turned its gaze to the Principality of Reinmar, the Order once more answered the call. The brothers breached the walls of Kretzen and stormed it's palace alongside the faithful host, delivery another victory the Holy League and further breaking the strength of the false Horenic Covenant. Siege of Koppány Circa: 2021 Within the ruins of Aldersburg, the Holy League laid siege to Koppány, a baronial stronghold in the Midlands. The Order of the Grail was among the first to charge into the fray during the brutal assault that followed. Securing yet another triumph for the Church of True Faith. Battle of Cordelie Winewoods Circa: 6th of the Grand Harvest, 2022 In the northern forests of Petra, the Holy League's host met the Covenant's forces. The brothers of the Grail charged alongside 17,000 men of GOD, against 13,400 heretics. Thus annihilating the enemy in battle that would mark one of the most decisive victories of the war. MISSION // MISSIONIS The Order of the Grail, a devoted brotherhood formed in the wake of the Robertsine Crusades, was established to restore a stable and armed militant wing within the Church of Canon. Sworn to protect the sacred Grail of Saint Lucien and to defend the faithful of GOD, the Order operates independently of any secular authority, granting it the freedom to undertake missions others might find unconventional. These missions include expeditions into the tainted lands of Iblees’ kin, the hunting of heretics and abominations, safeguarding the Clergy and its missionaries, escorting pilgrims to holy sites, engaging in charitable works, and educating the faithful in the word of GOD. FAITH // FIDUS The Brothers of the Order are bound to adhere strictly to the True Faith of Humanity, dedicating themselves to the long-forgotten sect of Lucienism, named after Saint Lucien of Savoie, the Order’s revered patron saint. As followers of this ancient faith, they are known as Lucienists. Their devotion not only shields them from punishment in the afterlife but also instills in them a profound sense of monastic duty. The traditional and conservative tenets of Lucienism compel the Brothers to act as pious representatives of their spiritual leader, the High Priest, upon this earth. Within the Order’s halls, many Lucienists devote their time to the task of writing books, reprinting copies of the Holy Scrolls, and preserving the theological works of the Church. A PROMISE OF REBIRTH // PROMISSIO REBIRTH The Order of the Grail, though charged with purging heresies through physical might, stands apart from all other holy orders by possessing the unique authority to offer redemption and forgiveness to those they encounter. A final plea for mercy is extended to criminals, thieves, and heretics seeking deliverance from both worldly and eternal punishment. Enlistment within the Order is lifelong, barring physical or mental unfitness. In rare instances, temporary service may be granted, though such individuals remain at the rank of a regular layman, with no opportunity for advancement beyond that. CODE OF TENANTS // CODICE ET TENENTIBUS Tenets Though the origins of the Rhodesian Cross remain shrouded in mystery, it serves as a revered symbol of the Order of the Grail. Each arm of the cross represents one of the four virtues that the Order steadfastly upholds: Prudence, Justice, Fortitude and Temperance. Atop these four arms are eight points, symbolizing the eight beatitudes that all Lucienists are sworn to preserve: • Spiritual Joy • • To Weep Over Thy Sins • • To Love Justice • • To Be Sincere And Pure Of Heart • • To Live Without Malice • • To Humble Thyself To Those Who Injure Thee • • To Be Merciful • • To Suffer Persecution • THE VANDER CODE // VANDER CODICE ✠ To fear the Creator and maintain His Church ✠ ✠ To serve the liege lord in valor and faith ✠ ✠ To refrain from the wanton giving of offense ✠ ✠ To live by honor and for glory ✠ ✠ To despise pecuniary reward ✠ ✠ To obey those placed in authority ✠ ✠ To guard the honor of fellow Vanders ✠ ✠ To keep faith ✠ ✠ To at all times to speak the truth ✠ ✠ To persevere to the end in any enterprise begun ✠ ✠ To never to refuse a challenge from an equal ✠ ✠ To never to turn the back upon a foe ✠ HIERARCHY // ORDO HIERARCHICUS ✠ SENIOR COMMAND ✠ The organization of the Order is crucial in maintaining a strong military force capable of responding swiftly and decisively to any threat against the Faith. CHAPTER MASTER The Chapter Master is the supreme leader and highest authority of the Order, wielding absolute power and complete command over its ranks. While much of the legislative responsibilities are delegated to the Priors and the Council of Bailiffs, all reforms and construction matters must ultimately receive his approval before implementation. ✠ INNER COUNCIL OF BAILIFFS ✠ The head military council of the Order serves as the personal advisors to the Chapter Master. To become one of the Great Bailiffs, an individual must be elected by the Council of Bailiffs and receive the Chapter Master’s approval. In the event of the Chaptermaster’s death, the entire Council remains in place unless otherwise directed by the new Chaptermaster. The new Chaptermaster is chosen according to the will of the previous one. However, if no clear successor has been named, the Council of Bailiffs will sequester themselves within the meeting hall, deliberating until a worthy successor is anointed. A council member may be dismissed at any time, at the sole discretion of the Chapter Master. BANNERET The Banneret is the highest-ranking military officer within the Order, holding battlefield authority second only to the Chapter Master. This prestigious position is reserved for a commander of exceptional skill and experience, earned through repeated demonstrations of leadership and tactical expertise. As the head of the Council, the Banneret plays a critical role in overseeing the Order’s military operations and strategy, ensuring that the Order’s objectives are met with precision and efficiency. GRAND PRIOR The Head Priest of the Order serves as the chief representative of the Church and oversees the Temple of the Lucienist. As the senior advisor to the Chapter Master and the principal administrator of the entire Order, he plays a pivotal role in guiding its spiritual and administrative matters. Although he generally refrains from engaging in military affairs, he retains the right to vote on military decisions to ensure that the Order remains aligned with Canon Law, even in the midst of war. MARSHAL The Marshal holds the high rank of a senior sergeant within the Order. As the commanding officer responsible for overseeing the foot soldiers, the Marshal ensures the efficient execution of daily duties and the smooth operation of the Order. Working closely with the Grand Chancellor, he helps maintain accurate, up-to-date records and ensures proper coordination among the ranks. The Marshal also directs the Sergeant-at-Arms, ensuring that orders are carried out effectively. He holds the esteemed position of Fourth in Command within the Order of the Grail. ✠ LOW COMMAND ✠ The lower commanders on the field, stationed within the priories, are entrusted with the responsibility of leading the men of their priory to victory in battle when called upon. These individuals have earned their positions of honor through demonstrated skill and leadership. MONASTIC KNIGHT Monastic Knights, distinguished by their white tabard with the red cross, have earned a vital role in the Order. Their primary duty is to protect the flock of GOD, but they may follow one of several unique paths. The Path of Justice calls upon knights to investigate sins and uncover the truth, serving as enforcers of moral righteousness. Knights of the Path of Diligence take on a scholarly role, sharing knowledge and wisdom with fellow members of the Order. Meanwhile, those on the Path of Repentance seek out sinners, guiding them back to the church and offering them a path toward redemption. SERGEANT-AT-ARMS A Sergeant-at-Arms is responsible for leading a small regiment of Lucienists under their command. They are expected to foster camaraderie within their ranks, lead patrols, and assign duties to the members of their regiment, ensuring cohesion and discipline in all tasks. ✠ RANKS OF FOOT ✠ The Ranks of Foot comprise the majority of the Order of the Grail’s forces. As a brother advances in rank within the Order, his responsibilities and authority increase accordingly. BROTHER-CORPORAL Brother-Corporals continue to wear the black tabard with the white cross, though their equipment is upgraded with the addition of pauldrons, reflecting their elevated status. As experienced members of the Order, they serve directly under their assigned Sergeant-at-Arms, taking on the responsibility of mentoring newly sworn brothers. They guide these members in their duties and ensure the values and traditions of the Order are upheld, all while setting a strong example of dedication, discipline, and leadership. BROTHER-AT-ARMS Brothers-At-Arms, though still a lower rank within the Order, have earned the honor of being addressed as 'Brother' and are permitted to adorn their tabards with the white cross. They take on important duties such as patrolling, safeguarding priests, distributing alms, and acting as role models to those still progressing through the ranks. Their status reflects their dedication and growth within the Order. INITIATE Initiates are the grunts of the Order, making up the bulk of its fighting force. They are forbidden from bearing the Rhodesian Cross and may only wear the plain black tabard as a mark of their station. These recruits serve as foot soldiers, performing menial tasks, running errands, and accompanying sworn brothers on patrols and missions. An Initiate must prove themselves though unwavering devotion and discipline before being considered for elevation to a Brother-at-Arms. Until then, they toil in service to the Grail, bearing the weight of duty as they prepare for their final oath. ✠ KNIGHTHOOD ✠ Knighthood within the Order is reserved for only the most distinguished members, a highly prestigious position earned through exceptional service. Knights hold the authority to command any of the ranks of foot in the absence of both the Marshal and Sergeant-at-Arms. Their knightly title often reflects their rank and standing, such as a Knight of Justice in formal situations. Nobles may safely send their sons to serve as squires within the Order of the Grail, without fear of forfeiting their inheritance, should they rise to the rank of Knight. In rare cases, knights from other retinues are permitted to join the Order while retaining their titles. However, they must still swear the same oaths and are required to provide a levy of five men to serve as Brothers. ✠ Knight Ranks ✠ KNIGHT OF JUSTICE Knights of Justice within the Order of the Grail serve as the vigilant investigators and enforcers of moral integrity, both within the Order and throughout the broader realm of Canondom. Their primary role is to uncover and expose the sins, corruptions, and injustices that threaten the faithful. Sworn to uphold Canon Law, they are tasked with maintaining spiritual and moral order, ensuring that the teachings of the church are not compromised by hidden wrongdoing. KNIGHT OF DILIGENCE Knights of the Path of Diligence play a vital scholarly role within the Order of the Grail focusing on the preservation and dissemination of knowledge to strengthen the Order’s mission. They are responsible for educating fellow members and ensuring that the Order’s wisdom continues to grow. Their intellectual contributions are just as crucial as their martial prowess. Knights of Diligence act as the Order's intellectual backbone, offering guidance in both spiritual matters and practical warfare. They ensure that the Order is not only strong in battle but also wise in approach, passing on crucial knowledge about GOD’s enemies and arming their brothers with the skills needed to defeat them. KNIGHT OF REPENTANCE Knights of Repentance hold a unique and spiritually significant role within the Order of the Grail, dedicated to the pursuit of redemption both for themselves and for others. Their mission is to seek out those who have strayed from the righteous path, whether through grievous sin, moral corruption, or betrayal, and guide them back toward the light of GOD. KNIGHT OF OBEDIENCE Knights of Obedience are noble-born men who have sworn an oath of lifelong service to the Order while retaining their noble status.Their oath binds them in unwavering loyalty to the Grail and the Order. These knights are full-fledged warriors of the Order, granted the same respect and responsibilities as their monastic counterparts, though they are often assigned to diplomatic and noble affairs in addition to their military duties. Their steadfast devotion and noble standing make them invaluable assets to the Order. SQUIRE Anyone may become a squire, provided they have reached the age of 12. Squires apprentice under a Knight of Justice, adhering to the same vows until they choose which oaths they will swear upon their formal induction. If a squire has not completed their squireship after a period of service, they are typically accepted into the Order as a Brother, with the potential for further training to become an officer. During their apprenticeship, squires often perform duties equivalent to those of a Brother when working alongside the ranks of foot soldiers. PAGE Between the ages of 7 and 12, a page is a young aspirant preparing for potential squireship. Their primary duties involve serving the knights of the Order of the Grail by delivering messages and running errands. Upon reaching the age of 12, a knight may choose to take them on as a squire. Unlike squires, pages are not permitted to serve as guards. BECOMING A MEMBER // FIERI MEMBRUM Those wishing to join the ranks of the Order of the Grail are encouraged to send a letter of intent to Holy Ser Vincenzo, or, for those who prefer a more personal approach, you may seek him out directly in Lemon Hill. Whether by parchment or in person, your dedication to serving GOD and defending the Faith will be warmly received. Additionally, Dwarves and Elves may also join the Order. Elves must either wear a helmet at all times to conceal their heritage or brand themselves with the symbol of the Rhodesian Cross. Fill out the following application. ✠ 𝔗𝔥𝔢 ℌ𝔞𝔲𝔫𝔱𝔦𝔫𝔤 𝔬𝔣 𝔈𝔫𝔰𝔴𝔢𝔯𝔭 ✠ Date: 11th of the First Seed, 1998 To the faithful of Canondom, It is with heavy conviction that I recount the events I witnessed upon my journey to Salvo, in hopes that this serves as both a warning and a testament to the power of GOD’s will. As I rode through Enswerp, I came upon a scene that chilled my very soul. A woman stood, trembling as she addressed a figure cloaked in darkness, denouncing him and his attempts at recruitment. Sensing the presence of something unnatural, I urged my horse forward. It was then that I beheld the abomination before me, a figure, devoid of a face, no eyes, no mouth, no nose, an affront to GOD's creation. My hand instinctively fell upon the hilt of my aurum blade as I called out to the figure, demanding answers for its wretched form. The creature stopped and turned, though it possessed no eyes to see me. It then asked if I had contributed to the war effort, to which I responded affirmatively. But when I pressed it on its appearance, the faceless entity contorted, shifting into the twisted likeness of a man, an imperial, wearing a disfigured, sunken face, as though his very soul had been corrupted. At that moment, I knew what I had to do. I spurred my horse into a charge, my aurum blade drawn and aimed at the heart of this blasphemous spirit. My blade found its mark, and the ghost fell to the ground. As it lay there, I spoke the words of our Holy Father, urging the lost soul to seek GOD’s mercy, for even in death, there is a chance for salvation under His light. But the ghost, filled with despair, claimed that GOD did not love him. In that moment, I offered my rosary, praying that this final act might be enough to soften the Almighty's heart. Yet, as the spirit reached for the beads, its hand dissolved into ectoplasm, along with the rest of its forsaken form. Brothers and sisters, heed my words, these restless souls, these wretched spirits, are no mere hauntings. They are remnants of Iblees’ deceit, wandering in torment, seeking to corrupt the living. We must be vigilant, for they are dangerous beyond measure. But know this: the light of GOD remains ever-bright, and His justice is swift for those who cling to the truth. May we be the instruments of His divine will, casting out all that defies His creation. In His service, Vincenzo Caparelli

CANONISM | This was not justice.
DancingZebra267 replied to Werew0lf's topic in The Church of the True Faith
Vincenzo stood silently, his eyes fixed on the angel as it lifted Waldo's body toward the Seven Skies. A solemn reverence washed over him, and he whispered, "May you rejoice with the ancestors, brother. My journey is not yet complete, but one day, I too shall join you when my time comes." He then turned his gaze back to Leonidas, a fierce resolve igniting within him. "GOD is good, GOD is merciful," he murmured, his voice carrying the weight of sorrow and unwavering conviction. "But the sons of Azdromoth will face GOD's wrath. Deus Magnus." -
✠ A Duel at Dawn ✠ Date: 3rd of the Amber Cold, 1995 As I returned to Grense, I finally crossed paths with the bandit I had been searching for. He stood there, draped in a ragged green and black orderman's uniform. There was something haunting about him, as if the weight of his sins had drained him of strength. Yet, even in his weakened state, defiance flickered in his eyes. I approached and asked him if he would surrender himself to GOD's judgment, if he would finally accept the justice that awaited him. But he shook his head, stubborn to the end. Instead, he chose to challenge me, one last stand of rebellion. And so, as a man of faith, I accepted his challenge, knowing this was a path that had to be walked. We faced each other on the slope of Lemon Hill, blades drawn as the morning air hung heavy with anticipation. It wasn’t long before others gathered, watching as we clashed. With each strike, I felt the weight of my duty, every blow echoing louder as the sun began to rise behind us, casting our shadows across the ground. Finally, my blade found its mark, and he fell, collapsing by the edge of the cliff. As he lay there, gasping his final breaths, I turned and caught a glimpse of the sunrise, brilliant, warm, as if GOD himself were watching over us. I knelt beside the fallen man, and despite the choices he made, I offered him a prayer. I prayed that GOD might find it in His heart to forgive him, even if he’d chosen a path away from the light. Let this be a lesson to those who prey upon the weak, who seek to exploit the innocent: justice may be delayed, but it is never denied. You may think yourself beyond judgment, but know that it will find you, whether by the hands of men or by the will of the Almighty. Deus Magnus, Brother Vincenzo

The Robertine Crusade
DancingZebra267 replied to Fleeperpriest's topic in The Church of the True Faith
Vincenzo paused for a moment, letting the weight of the missive settle in his mind. “To bring down the Halflings, to purge their lands of their twisted machinations, it is not just righteous, it is the will of the Almighty! This crusade is not merely overdue, it is a holy reckoning that will see the wicked fall and the virtuous rise!” His voice grew louder, filled with the fire of conviction, as he turned his thoughts toward Lurin and Vortice, his eyes narrowing with pure contempt. “And not just the Halflings! Lurin, Vortice, these dens of corruption, where the heretics and the faithless dwell, mocking the Holy Church with their defiance! They stand as symbols of everything vile and foul, and they too must be cast down in flames of judgment!” “There will be no mercy for those who walk in darkness, those who consort with the enemies of GOD! They who deceive the faithful and conspire with evil shall be washed away by the flood of His righteous wrath. This is no mere battle for land, it is a holy purification, a crusade to burn away the filth that has taken root in these forsaken lands.” His voice rang out. “Saint Lucien, hear us! Pray for the soldiers of GOD as we march in His holy name! Guide our blades, steady our hearts, and grant us strength as we deliver His justice! We will not falter, for the Most Merciful may show kindness, but this is the time for His wrath, and we are His sword!” -
𝔚𝔞𝔯𝔩𝔬𝔠𝔨 𝔅𝔯𝔬𝔲𝔤𝔥𝔱 𝔱𝔬 𝔍𝔲𝔰𝔱𝔦𝔠𝔢 Date: 14th of The Grand Harvest, 1994 Blessed day, faithful of Canondom. During a routine patrol outside of Vortice, we came across a suspicious figure, a dark elven man known to us by Ruven, whose demeanor and behavior caught our immediate attention. Following our instincts and in service to GOD, we began to question him, and soon after, conducted a thorough search. To our grave concern, we discovered that this elf was no ordinary man, but indeed a warlock, one who dabbles in the darkest of arts. After capturing the warlock, we transported him back to the Holy See, where he was held for interrogation. It took some time for the warlock to break, but eventually, we were able to extract crucial information from him. Although the details of this interrogation remain private, we can confirm that the elf was once affiliated with the notorious group Hallowcliffe. As such, those who were connected to him are now under close scrutiny, and their names are being added to a growing list. Let this serve as a warning to any who would conspire with warlocks or other servants of Iblees: you are not beyond the reach of GOD's justice. We are watching, and we will find you. Anyone found aiding these dark agents will be met with swift and righteous judgment. The light of GOD will purge this evil from our lands, and those who defy His will shall not escape His wrath. 𝔄 ℌ𝔬𝔩𝔶 ℌ𝔲𝔪𝔭-𝔇𝔞𝔶 16th of The Amber Cold, 1993 A Blessed Day, A Holy Miracle! Fellow believers, I write to you with joyous news of a miracle bestowed upon us by the grace of GOD Almighty Himself. As I wandered through the lands of Petra, something truly divine occurred before my very eyes. Out of thin air, a camel manifested—a gift from GOD, a sign of His favor upon our righteous path of justice. A miracle beyond question, a blessing to affirm that the work we do is guided by His holy hand. I took it upon myself, feeling the weight of this divine occurrence, to ride this blessed camel, whom I have named Sir Camelot, all the way back to the Lemon Hill Monastery. The journey was long and slow, for Sir Camelot did not possess the speed of a typical steed, but this was no ordinary ride. It was a journey of faith, a test of perseverance, and a symbol of GOD's will. The speed mattered not, for it was the journey itself that held meaning. Upon reaching Lemon Hill, I secured Sir Camelot within the monastery grounds, where he shall remain protected amongst GOD’s faithful. I declare to all, that from this day forth, no harm shall come to Sir Camelot. Any harm brought upon this blessed camel is a grave sin, an affront to GOD Himself. Let it be known: harming Sir Camelot is to defy the very will of the Almighty, and such transgression will not be tolerated. May we all recognize this divine sign and continue our path with renewed faith. GOD has spoken through this miracle, and we shall not waver. Deus Magnus. Brother Vincenzo

The Cleansing of a Tainted Soul
DancingZebra267 replied to DancingZebra267's topic in The Church of the True Faith
Vincenzo knelt before the altar, his lips moving in silent prayer. The dim light of the cathedral flickered as a bird swooped in, landing nearby with a missive tied to its leg. Breaking his moment of reflection, Vincenzo reached out, untying the letter and unfolding it. As he read the contents, eyes narrowing with a mix of pity and disdain. He'd then show it to Brother Lug. He rose slowly, moving to his desk where he took up a quill and parchment, and began to write: "To the devil who dares speak of honor, You write to me in defense of a man who had forsaken the light of GOD, a man who chose to walk with the devils and cursed children of Iblees, who was given the chance to repent and denied it. Marus met his end not by murder but by the righteous judgment of GOD. He was given mercy, an opportunity to cleanse his soul and walk in the light once more. He refused. His death was a consequence of his choices, not mine. Now you, a cursed child, a spawn of Iblees, dare challenge me to a duel? I do not lower myself to duel with those tainted by the corruption of the Fallen One. You are no equal of mine, for you are already damned by your very existence. The tenets of righteousness I follow are clear: "Never refuse a challenge from an equal," but you, devil, are far beneath any man who walks in the light of GOD. You speak of honor for one who defended creatures like yourself, abominations that have no place among GOD's chosen people. Your misguided beliefs have led you astray, but understand this—there is no honor in defending the wicked, no virtue in standing with those cursed by Iblees. Your words are filled with the deceit of the Fallen One, and I will not be drawn into your lies. Repent, for your soul is already hanging by a thread. Seek penance, or face the same fate as Marus, for the justice of GOD will come to you, as it does to all who defy His will. I bear you no malice, only pity, for Iblees has poisoned your soul beyond measure. You wish for death in your letter, and perhaps you will find it soon, but not by my hand. It is GOD's justice that will claim you. Deus Magnus. Vincenzo Servant of GOD, Protector of the Faithful Vincenzo sealed the letter, attaching it to the bird, sending it off with a flick of his wrist. He returned to his prayers, as if nothing more than the will of GOD had been done. -
✠ 𝔗𝔥𝔢 ℭ𝔩𝔢𝔞𝔫𝔰𝔦𝔫𝔤 𝔬𝔣 𝔞 𝔗𝔞𝔦𝔫𝔱𝔢𝔡 𝔖𝔬𝔲𝔩 ✠ 24th of Sun’s Smile, 1993 To the Faithful of Canondom, I write to you not with triumph, but with the burden of a duty that must be carried out in service to GOD. On this day, the 24th of Sun’s Smile, 1993, Marus Weiss met his fate—by his own choices, by his refusal to repent, and by the grip of Iblees upon his heart. Marus was no common sinner. He was a man who, though bearing no arms, wielded the words of blasphemy and defended the cursed children—those abominations created by Iblees himself. He stood as an advocate for the impure, denying the will of GOD and the teachings of His Church. Even in his final moments, when given the opportunity to seek redemption and purify his soul, he refused. He rejected the light of GOD and chose instead to walk in darkness, a man lost to the deceit of Iblees. The Final Reckoning On the mountain path leading towards Hohkmat, I found Marus, and there we exchanged words. I offered him mercy, as is the way of GOD. I urged him to repent, to recognize the evil he defended, and to seek salvation. But Marus was steadfast in his defiance. His heart, poisoned by the lies of Iblees, could not see the truth. And so, as a Brother of our beloved church, sworn to protect Canondom and root out the unholy, I carried out the justice of GOD. With a heavy heart and a prayer upon my lips, I struck him down. His head was severed clean from his body—a final act of purification. His body was brought to Valdev, where it now rests beneath the Cathedral, wrapped in a bloodstained blanket, and marked by the holy symbol of the Lorraine Cross. Though he strayed from the light in life, I prayed that GOD might show him mercy in death. A Warning to the Faithful This was no act of vengeance. It was the righteous duty of a man sworn to GOD’s justice. Marus had chosen his fate by denying repentance and aligning himself with Iblees. He defended the cursed children, the beasts who bear no place among the faithful, and in doing so, sealed his own doom. Let this be a warning to all who stray from the path of GOD. Mercy is offered to those who repent, but there is no salvation for those who defy His will. Iblees seeks to corrupt our hearts with false compassion for the abominations and heathens that walk among us. But the time for tolerance has passed. The fires of purification will cleanse the unholy, and the light of GOD will shine upon the righteous. To those who defend the cursed, the heretics, the voidal mages, and the abominations—heed this: your fate will be no different from Marus'. Seek penance, return to the true faith, or face the judgment of GOD. Deus Magnus. May the light of GOD guide you, and may His justice be swift. Brother Vincenzo

OWYN ENTERS EDEL | HOLY WARCLAIM
DancingZebra267 replied to Fleeperpriest's topic in Archived Warclaims
Vincenzo knelt before the altar, his hands clasped in prayer, his voice steady and filled with purpose. "Saint Lucien of Savoie, patron of the crusade, I call upon you now to pray for us, for GOD’s chosen people, as we prepare to rid this world of the wicked. Pray that we may be given the strength to rise against the abominations that plague our lands—the voidal mages, the darkspawn, and all those who defy the will of GOD. They seek power from Iblees' realm, forgetting that there is no greater power than that of GOD Almighty. We begin with Hohkmat, for they have harbored these foul magi too long. But I know, oh LORD, that this is only the beginning. Let this crusade not end with Hohkmat. Let your holy fire burn through Lurin, through Celia'nor, and through all places where these enemies of the faith take refuge. They have mocked your light, but your justice is swift, and your vengeance is righteous. Pray for us, Saint Lucien of Savoie, so that we may fight with hearts pure, seeking not our own glory but the glory of GOD alone. Let our swords strike true, and may the flames of your divine justice cleanse the lands we walk. Pray for us, that we may remain steadfast in our faith, unshaken in the face of darkness. May GOD’s light guide us forward and His mercy fall upon those who repent, but for those who continue to stray, may His judgment be swift and final." Vincenzo bowed his head, his voice quieting as he finished. "In GOD’s name, I pledge this crusade. May we be worthy of His grace. AMEN" -
RAGUEL'S MESSAGE | War Preparation
DancingZebra267 replied to Tide1's topic in The Church of the True Faith
Vincenzo sat with the missive in hand, his expression solemn as he carefully dipped the cloth into the holy water. The warrior monk methodically cleansed his blade, every stroke purposeful. As the blade gleamed under the light, he bowed his head, eyes closed in quiet prayer. "I call upon Saint Lucien di Savoie," his voice was low but fervent. "Pray for the likes of GOD's chosen... for we shall purge the vile abominations from this world and the next. Pray for men to rise up, to see the true light of GOD. For His wrath knows no bounds, and those who lay with Iblees, those who stray, will be consumed by their own sin and tarnished beyond redemption." He looked at his cleansed blade and rose to his feet. "Let those who walk in darkness beware, for the light of GOD's chosen will burn bright." -
A Call to Return to the True Faith To the faithful of Canondom, and all who carry the light of GOD within their hearts, In these dark times, it has become painfully evident that many among our flock have allowed Iblees to poison their minds. The insidious whispers of the Fallen One have spread like a plague, leading once-devout men and women to stray from the path of righteousness. They have been lulled into a false sense of tolerance, deceived into believing it is acceptable to allow voidal mages, Kha, and other beasts to walk among us. But hear me now: these creatures are enemies of GOD, and their very presence among us is an affront to all that is holy. We have already witnessed the downfall of Aaun, a kingdom that permitted itself to be tainted by such vile influences. Their rulers, corrupted by the darkness they allowed to fester, brought about their own destruction. In His infinite wisdom, GOD judged them and found them wanting. The flames that consumed Whitespire were not merely a punishment, but a divine cleansing—a stark warning to all who would stray from the true faith. Now, more than ever, we must call the faithful back to the fold. We must return to the true faith, to the path that GOD has laid before us. For GOD, all-knowing and just, will judge us as He did Aaun. Those who continue to allow the enemies of GOD to dwell among us, those who tolerate the presence of voidal mages, Kha, and other abominations, will meet the same fate. The time for complacency is over. We must rise and cleanse our lands of this corruption before it is too late. The Judgment of the Wicked In the late hours of this day, a beast—a Kha—was discovered lurking outside the home of a dead man. This creature, an abomination in the eyes of GOD, had the audacity to speak of love—a sacred bond reserved for those blessed by the Almighty. Such audacity, such heresy, could not and will not be tolerated. Justice was swift, and the abomination was met with the retribution it deserved. A Call to Action This is not merely a recounting of events; it is a call to vigilance. The presence of such creatures among us is an affront to GOD, a stain upon the holy soil of Canondom. We must not falter in our duty to keep our lands pure, to protect the sanctity of our faith, and to ensure that the light of GOD shines brightly upon His chosen people. A Final Warning Return to the true faith, or face the inevitable consequences of your defiance. GOD, in His infinite mercy, offers you a chance to repent, to cleanse your soul of the corruption that has taken hold. But know this: His mercy is not without limits. Those who continue to stray from the path, who allow the enemies of GOD to walk among us, will be judged, and they will be found wanting. May GOD's light guide you, and may His justice be swift against all who oppose His will.

CANONISM | Burning of Aaun
DancingZebra267 replied to Werew0lf's topic in The Church of the True Faith
Vincenzo placed his hands together. "May those who strayed from Your light find redemption in the ashes, and may the faithful be strengthened in their resolve to uphold Your will. Hunting Guide: Exotic Beasts and Their Prized Trophies Introduction In the pursuit of grandeur and the finest luxuries, hunters often turn their sights to the most exotic and elusive creatures within our lands. This guide provides a detailed overview of hunting the Kharajyr, Hou-Zi, and Devils. Hunting the Kharajyr The Kharajyr, known for their feline grace and agility, present a unique challenge to any hunter. These humanoid cats, with their lavish pelts, are highly sought after for the creation of cloaks, rugs, and various other decorative items. Their fur, ranging from sleek black to spotted patterns reminiscent of the wildest beasts, commands a high price in any market. Key Points: Habitat: Kharajyr are typically found in tropical environments, where they blend seamlessly with the foliage and shadows. Tactics: Patience and stealth are crucial when hunting Kharajyr. These creatures are known for their keen senses and quick reflexes. Harvesting: The pelt must be handled with care to preserve its luxurious texture and patterns. A skilled skinner can fetch a premium price for a well-preserved Kharajyr hide. Hunting the Hou-Zi The Hou-Zi, revered for their connection to ancient traditions and spirituality, are hunted with the utmost respect. Unlike other beasts, the Hou-Zi are considered more than mere animals; they are beings of culture and history. However, their pelts, often vibrant and richly colored, are highly prized in the crafting of ceremonial garments and ornate decor. Key Points: Habitat: The Hou-Zi are typically found in ruins or ancient cities, remnants of their once-great civilization. They are often located in dense jungles or mountainous regions. Tactics: When hunting Hou-Zi, one must approach with reverence. A clean, quick kill is essential to honor the creature's life and legacy. Any signs of suffering are considered a grave disrespect. Harvesting: The Hou-Zi's pelts are to be treated with the highest care. They are often used in the creation of ceremonial attire or as the centerpiece of decorative tapestries. Hunting the Devils Devils have been deemed abominations in the eyes of the Church. These creatures are a blight upon the land, and it is both a duty and a mercy to bring them to their end. However, one must remain vigilant, for these devils often seek to find sympathy and prey on those in power to gain influence for themselves. They are known to employ deceit and manipulation, much like Iblees, who tries to lead the faithful astray from the teachings of GOD. Their horns, while cursed, are considered valuable trophies and can be used as decorations, such as coat hangers or ornamental pieces. Key Points: Habitat: Devils are typically found in forsaken places, such as haunted woods, abandoned villages, or near sites of great sin or tragedy. Tactics: While devils may seem pitiful, they can be dangerous and unpredictable. Approach with caution and ensure their swift demise. Harvesting: The horns of devils are prized as macabre trophies. They are often used in decorative ways, such as in the crafting of coat hangers or as unique, albeit grim, ornaments. A Prayer for the Hunter As the hunter ventures into the wilds, it is customary to offer a prayer to GOD, seeking His guidance and protection. Let us also call upon Saint Arianne of Ves, the patron of Archers, to intercede on our behalf: "O Lord GOD, Almighty and Everlasting, Grant me the strength to endure, The wisdom to choose my path, And the courage to face the beasts of the wild. Through the intercession of Saint Arianne of Ves, Guide my hand, steady my aim, And let my arrows fly true, That my hunt may be just and my heart remain pure. Saint Arianne of Ves, pray for me, That I may fulfill my duty with honor, And walk the path of the hunter in righteousness. Amen." May your hunts be prosperous, and may GOD's grace be upon you always.

Blessed Gerard stood before the gates of the Seven Skies, his heart brimming with a serene joy that transcended mortal confines. He awaited the arrival of an old friend. The atmosphere was one of peaceful anticipation. As the ethereal gates creaked open, Gerard's eyes fell upon the familiar figure of Frantzisko, his old companion.
