Farren raises his brow, pulling down a nearby poster from a tree along the roads within the Dwarven Kingom. Muttering under his breath as he glances at the poster. "'Tu Beast Below.... Ah'm surprised 'ah don't get why t'ey be complimentin` meh' Kings downstairs. Rat'er 'ahm more worried on 'ow t'ey know... Bah! 'Ar! 'Ar! 'Ah guess ah'll never understand 'tu servants ov' Khorvad." He chuckles lightly, shivering slightly as he continues down the snow covered road towards Kal'Azgoth.

Farren chuckles lightly whilst he watches Olaf "accidently" spit the food all over Thorins lap. A wry smile creasing onto his face as he taps the armrest enthsusiasticly turning to Olaf. " "Ar! Ar! ((Less OOC please, this is a roleplay thread if you're going to do a ooc comment at least make a rp response. Remember to enjoy the scenario, no snide comments please. If you want to argue things in OOC take it to Pm's.)) Farren sighs lightly in his chair, tapping the armrest impatiently as he awaits for his Golem to enter. Muttering under his breath. "Ah'n so we come 'tu the decisive moment ov 'tu trial..."

((To put this simply - Don't shoot the messenger. This event did occur in roleplay, yes we are aware that "Kal'Alras" will most likely be a shell of it's former self. Syrio in regards to using your name I suggest you look at your own group, for they're the ones who asked for these terms. Now I'm locking this thread because it's already old enough and to stop the whole "facepalming". This has happened in roleplay, if you don't like it I beseech you to deal with it in roleplay. Now let's carry on and have a cooperative roleplay experience. If you have any further issues feel free to contact me through the forums, in game [ /tell tethras { ".."} or over skype [ farrenthefallen "Dave"] )).

Farren coughs into his hand, his eyebrow twitching before he inhales deeply. Standing up with a heavy frown on his face, raising the scroll up. "SILENCE" He exhales lightly, scowling at the nearby Dwarves. "T'ank yer... Ancestors below! Now 'tu Charges 'ave been dropped against Dreek Ireheart by Roggar Irehearts. Therefore we 'ave onleh two charges left standing against Dreek. The charge of owing minas 'tu the Kingdom shall be dropped unless evidence ov' breaking 'an oath or unless it fits intah' anot'er law. The remaining charges are: Firstleh Thrummaz Thorins charge against yer fer owning to Legion fourteh thousand minas. Though t'is is not by yer Clan Fat'er against yer so t'erefore t'is does nae come under 'tu Greed Law. Unless Thrummaz Thorin comes wif' evidence ov' t'is under anot'er ov' tu Articles t'is charge shall remain dropped. Tu' second charge against yer still stands. Ov' treason against tu Kingdom by tryin' 'tu break 'tu blood oath. Ah call 'tu Engineer 'tu stand forward 'an say yer part 'an also 'tu King 'tu say 'is part. We need all parties involved 'tu say about t'u second charge ot'erwise it will be dropped 'an Dreek shall be released. Though 'ah shall say t'is, aneh violence shall nae be tolerated no matter 'tu outcome. From eit'er sides whoever commits violence ah shall deal wif' meself. No matter 'tu origins ov 'tu accusations t'is shall be 'ah fair trial, do nae turn it intah' 'ah bloodbath. It shall continue under 'tu laws written in 'tu Articles ov' Urguan. Now Apex enter!" He sits back into his chair, glancing from side to side. Waiting for the next individual to step forwards to speak.

The Starbreaker Clan ________________________________________________________________________________ Lore of the Starbreakers Chapter 1: Ancient History of the Starbreakers Long ago, when the world was young, there was a Dwarf. This Dwarf was Gotrek Starbreaker and he was known as the finest smith in the land, not to mention a peerless warrior. One day Gotrek decided he wished to settle down and start his own clan. He searched for many years to find the right wife to bear his child, and for many more to find where he would build his home. Finally, one day, he came across a beautiful mountain valley, with a massive plateau in the center. There he built his citadel, digging deep into the ground and far into the sky, and there he founded a legacy. Other then this, very little is known of the great Starbreaker himself, it is said that he could form even the toughest and most durable metals into a soft malleable form, and that he could purify even the most impure of materials with the slightest touch. In battle, he was purported to roar with such fury, that the mountains themselves would shake and there were rumors of Gotrek being able to spit great waves of fire at the enemy. Much of this is thought to be pure myth, but the Starbreakers regard it as gospel. Chapter 2: Prequel to the Purge Unlike many of Aegis's denizens Arbrek Starbreaker led a relativity peaceful life until quite recently, and even then it was not by the hands of Orc's. Arbrek was born into the ancient and powerful Starbreaker Clan, descended from the great Warrior-Smith, Gotrek Starbreaker, himself. By the time Arbrek was born, part of the Starbreaker Clan had broken away, and formed the Silverfingers Clan led by Arbrek's uncle, Haggar Silverfinger, while the Starbreakers where led by Arbrek's father, Skalf Starbreaker, in the citadel of Karak-Rikkaz. One day, soon after Arbrek was born, Haggar also wished for a son. Having no luck with traditional measures he adopted a young Forest Dwarf named Hashut. Many year later after Arbrek had started to be tutored in the Dwarven arts of Mining, Building, Smithing, and Warfare, and while he showed great promise in all, he was especially skilled at smithing. It is said that all Arbrek had to do was glance at the object he was forging and it would take no more then the slightest touch to form it. Chapter 3: The Purge of the Starbreakers Soon later, Karak-Rikkaz was assaulted by a large force of Undead, lead by a mysterious figure cloaked in black with a blood red trim, who laid siege to the citadel. Well into the siege the unthinkable happened Hashut turned upon his kin dwarfs and opened the Great Gate, for he had long been listening to a second figure with a dark sky blue trim's devious whispers. Arbrek seeing his kin's treachery leaped into battle with Hashut who was attempting to slay Skalf and Haggar. Too Arbrek's eternal regret, he was too late. Even as he drove his pick through Hashut's skull, his father and uncle were struck down. Arbrek fought like a manic but he too was struck down, this time by one of the cloaked figures. What the thing was not counting on was Arbrek's determination and resolve, for Arbrek, however, was not killed but put unconscious. When he awoke he discovered that almost all of his clan and his uncle's were killed, and Karak-Rikkaz was burned to the ground, and it's underground caverns destroyed. Upon seeing the devastation wrought on his home and clan, he swore an oath of vengeance to kill the mysterious figure and rebuild his clan before taking up his his uncles's armor, and his ancestor's war-axe and name and set out into the vast world of Aegis. Many year later, Arbrek has reached the venerable age of 1,570 and long since reestablished the Clan! Numbering in 10 Clansmen, and a quaint hall in Kal'Karik, the Starbreakers have risen to become a force to be reckoned with. Chapter 4: Decline of the Starbreakers As of the Dissapperance of Lord Arbrek Starbreaker while journeying to visit his daughter, Karvia, at her encampment in the north, the Starbreaker Clan as long since disbanded, all it's former members disappearing, dying, or leaving for other Clans. As the Clan's name fades from history, and it's people disappear, the twin brother of Lord Starbreaker returns, an elderly crippled blacksmith like his brother was, to the Dwarves. Whilst saddened by his people's decline, and shocked deeply by his Brother's and his Sibling's disappearance, he wishes not to rebuild his own Clan. One day, in the future, the Starbreaker Clan may once again be a power throughout the lands, but for now, other more pressing concerns await... Chapter 5: The Second Revival of the Starbreakers Upon arriving to the new found island after the escape of Asulon the apparent lack of Starbreakers is quite evident, including the Clan Lord and High Prophet Kazraden Starbreaker has not been seen for some time. Did he simply take another boat or is he dead? The answer not yet known. Yet a figure appears upon the doorsteps of the Dwarven Hold in these new lands, unmistakably this figure is the son of Kazraden Starbreaker. He holds himself proudly but yet with a deep grief easily seen upon his figure. Koryk son of Kazraden lives on, no known family but the names of the dead in a book to call his own. Koryk still strives on, determined to not let his family name be lost in a book in the same fashion as his family members have. Chapter 6: ________________________________________________________________________________ Culture of the Starbreakers Overview Within the Starbreakers the most common professions are Smithing and Mining. Starbreakers are greatly religious and often brought up to be racist. However the exception when it comes to racism with the Starbreakers is individuals who are seen as friends to the family or friends to the dwarven nation. Being greatly religious another popular ambition of Starbreakers lies within the clergy. Religious Beliefs The Starbreakers are a highly religious clan, with two of it's most prominent members serving as High Religious figures within the Dwarven Clergy. As such they take worshiping the gods very seriously, believing that Dwarves to be the superior race compared to other races. Often leading them to be very racist to other races. There are two chief principles of the Starbreakers religious beliefs. The first is that they worship Yemekar above the other Brathmordakin, for he is the creator of the Dwarves and the patron god of the Starbreakers. The second is the reverence of Gotrek Starbreaker, often causing them to believe many of the tales told about him. It is not unheard of for a Starbreaker to worship a prayer for Gotreks to guide their hands whilst the smith or go into battle. Though this varies from Starbreaker to Starbreaker. Core Beliefs Neutrality The Starbreakers have long liked to keep themselves neutral within the politics of the Dwarven Kingdom, more content to watch and wait as the other clans battle whilst they tend to their own matters. Though this does not mean the Starbreakers due not ally with other clans, rather that they're more inclined to stay out of conflict due to it's counter-productiveness to their clan. Close/Tight Knit Family Relations Those are the Starbreaker clan are related by blood, as such they see each other as family nd maintain close family ties as a result. Taking pride in the achievement of other members of their own clan and maintaining a friendly attitude towards each other. Although this attitude varies from Starbreaker to Starbreaker, each doing it in their own way. Resilience Faith Strong Will Ambition ((More to be written)) ________________________________________________________________________________ Appearance The typical Starbreaker is of normal to tall height by dwarf standards. Being cave dwarfs there skin is a shade of grey. Hair color is often rather dark that becomes white with age, red hair however is not unheard of. Typically Starbreakers have long beards that are either braided or adorned with some material. The attire of a Starbreaker is largely dependent upon the trade(s) or profession(s) they pursue, albeit armor is seen on a Starbreaker. For more information please look at the spoiler located at the bottom of the post. ________________________________________________________________________________ Relics of the Starbreakers The Tome of Kazraden As the name suggest this book was created by Kazraden Starbreaker, a collection of various documents gathered from before and after the fall of Khazad'Rikkaz. It contains all of the history of the Starbreakers, from the menial documentation of one requesting some food to the turmoil of the Blood Age. This relic is handed down from Clan Father to Clan Father and is treated as the most sacred of the Starbreaker Relics. As it contains many of the Starbreakers history and greatest secrets. The Helm of Gotrek Forged in deepest forge of Kazad'Rikkaz, Gotrek forged this in his youth. This is one of Gotreks finest works, wrought from the finest materials that were excavated under the ancient Starbreaker citadel. It is rumoured that Gotrek spent over twenty days and nights with respite in the forge. Working away without rest apart from to take bread and water. As such it is a highly values relic of the Starbreaker, worn in past by the Clan Fathers as they charged into war. In more recent days it has been locked away for fear of theft. *Below you see an illustrated picture of a dwarf wearing a helmet. The dwarf seems to bear a striking resemblance to Arbrek Starbreaker* Vanguard ________________________________________________________________________________ Diplomacy Clans: Grandaxe: Neutral Doomforge: Neutral Irongut: Neutral Irongrinder: Neutral Grayhammer: Neutral Goldhand: Neutral Frostbeard: Neutral Starbreaker: Neutral Strongbrow: Neutral Edgehand: Neutral Tunnelsmasher: Neutral Sternbrew: Neutral Azaghul: Neutral Thunderfist: Neutral Stormhammers : Allies ((If you're interested in a alliance please contact me over the forums or in game /tell tethras [Message] )) ________________________________________________________________________________ Records of the Starbreakers The Starbreaker Sect Alive: Farren Starbreaker [tethras/afrodave] Korumm Starbreaker [darkjames] Tortek Golemforge [AxMaynard] Aengoth [Alexander_Wh] Karvia Starbreaker [Ever] Dared Starbreaker [bladedSkorpion] Missing: Arbrek Starbreaker Kazraden Starbreaker Bruin Starbreaker [Geoboy66] Irin Starbreaker [Geoboy66] Bryce Starbreaker Brock Starbreaker Kalkria Starbreaker Deceased: Koryk Starbreaker [Alexander_Wh] Froin Starbreaker Herleif Starbreaker Gart Stoneblood Starbreaker Karak Starbreaker Sinkrus Starbreaker Sotteri Starbreaker (NPC) The Silverfinger Sect Missing: Nosor Silverfinger Dead: Smithson Silverfinger Craglode Silverfinger ________________________________________________________________________________ Interested in Joining? ((Looks like you found the deep roads ^_^ Luckily you didn't run into anything :P ))

Sun sets over the land of Anthos, as a breeze rolls down through the giant door of Kal'Azgoth into the underground city. Causing one of the legion guards to shiver as they drag he with a help of another dwarf clad in the uniform of the Dwarven Legion drag a dwarf through the halls of Kal'Azgoth. The prisoner that's being dragged is clothed in tattered rags, his brown eyes standing out under his jet black hair. The guards grunt in unison as they haul him into the throne room, dropping the dwarf in the middle of the room. Letting him being dragged to the floor by the heavy chains, as one of them attaches one to a nearby pillar. The large room is strangely quiet, guards clad in black guarding the entrance and the small space around the throne. Behind the guards, stands a mighty golem. Standing there like a statue, whilst it's master, bearing a crown on his head sits on the throne. From the finely carved throne, he motions at one of the richly garbed dwarves situated on the nearby seats next to him to stand. Nodding curtly, towards the crowned dwarf, one dwarf stands up holding a large scroll aloft. Letting the bottom his the ground as he glances towards the seated members of the Kings Council, behind the finely carved stone table. The dwarf garbed in blueish armour, coughs lightly into his hand before he reads out the contents. Glancing momentarily at the other dwarves filling up the room. Before looking at the chained dwarf in the center of the room. " Dreek Ireheart, son' 'ov Paragon Kjell Ireheart ov' tu Stormhammer clan yer 'ave been called 'ere 'today 'tu answer fer tu charges put against yer. Firstleh yer are charged by 'tu greed law in accordance 'tu the articles ov Urguan. Brought up by members ov' yer clan 'ere today yer are accused ov' owing Igor 'an Roggar Storhammer five t'ousand minas each ((Edit : 5k to both)). Ov' owing Indago' Storm'ammer tirt'eh thousand minas ((30k minas)). 'An owing 'tu Kingdom fourteh' thousand minas which is owed 'tu the Kingdom fer yer not payin 'tu minas to the Legion. After yer said yer would 'tu the King. An accused ov' stealin iron from 'tu Dwarven Legion. So t'ere be four cases against yer in accordance 'tu the Greed Law. Secondleh' yer are tried wit' breakin' 'tu Blood Oath. By orderin' one ov' our Engineers 'tu fire towards 'ah fort ov' our allies. In t'is matter yer are charged wit' breakin 'tu Oath ov' Blood in 'tu blood law. An 'tu treason law among ot'ers. Now, may 'tu prosecution' please step forwards fer 'tu first case." He motions towards the large party situated in front of the stairway down towards the second level. Each of them clad in the armour of the Legion. Turning to take his seats, nodding curtly towards the King. ((Any dwarf can be present in roleplay, in this scenario though at least all the Lords and King Council are there as well as Dreek and other members of the Stormhammer clan. Please remember that only the Lords Council will pass judgement on the accused in this trial. Any errors made in this post are my own, though you can post as if your character is there. So have fun with this scenario! Happy roleplay. Proof of Dreeks arrest earlier today : http://i.imgur.com/rhUnmyE.png))

Large flyers are seen posted throughout the Dwarven Kingdom, nailed to every Town Message Board and read by every town Herald. Similar flyers can be seen throughout the major cities of Anthos. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Let it be known that from this day forth that the Island once known as Kingport south of the Wilds is now under control of the Dwarven Kingdom. They shall be given every right that a citizen of the Dwarven Kingdom is entitled to, such as protection by the Dwarven Kingdom. To mark them as a Dwarven Hold it has been decided that the Hold be renamed to Kal'Alras. Not to be confused with the Kingdom of Alras. It's Jarl shall be Syrio Forel and his acting second in command Rather K.Tyril who shall act as temporary Jarl in the absence of the Jarl Syrio. So let it be known to all that Kal'Alras is a vassal of the Dwarven Kingdom. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- ((Sorry it's short - Subject to be edited. No iron, a funny easter egg though. But there was only coal there. On the other hand the build is very nicely done. So it's quite enjoyable to explore never the less.

Farren grunts in response, his tone of voice neutral as he mutters. "No doubt 'e be fittin fer 'tu job... Aye ah'm glad fer 'im. But will 'e be 'ah slave ov 'tu King wit'out his own will? Or will 'e be 'ah Dwarf who will t'ink ov 'tu Kingdoms interest first?"

He frowns momentarily as he glances at the reply before shrugging. Muttering softly. "Bah! Ain't nofin' 'ah can do about it... 'Ah might as well accept." Farren slowly reaches within his pouch, pulling out a small piece of paper and coal. He begins to scribble on the piece of paper, writing a small reply before posting it beneath the other reply's. It reads like so: "I accept, I shall work aside Dominic on this matter. I'll leave it to him to arrange a meeting time where we can all meet. " -Farren Starbreaker
-
Whistles merrily as he strolls around the city of Kal'Azgoth, noticing the letter and Dom's reply underneath he quickly writes a reply. Posting it below, frowning as he reads the contents out loud. "Ah' Farren Starbreaker can do 'tu job yer ask, ah be 'ah smif by trade an such work means 'ah come in contact wit' jems often or not. Ah could perform t'u job 'tu ah sufficient standard. Send 'ah bird 'tu meself 'at 'tu smifin guild fer more details if yer wish.
